Female at Bartlett INC called stating I haven't responded to prior requests concerning credit card services. Unable to identify what card I had yet wanting to reduce rates. I repeated I had asked to be removed from the call list. Female continues to read from script with out taking a breath and no responsive to any questions I had. No wonder they are so hard up for business and have resorted to cold calls, with the feeble attempt of circumventting telephone regulations.
Another unknown number calling my cellphone........where oh where are these friggin people coming from? called back the number and was told to press any key to be put on the do not call list. I just want to know why no one can seem to find out the names of these companie/people that call my cell phone with unfamiliar numbers. I have received more call on my cell phone from unfamiliar numbers and I can never find out the company names...................this is getting very annoying
Cell Phone Ohio
Called my cell phone- left no message. My number is on the Do Not call list
How does one get an unlisted land line number that is also on the do not call list?
Never leaves message.
Yes, I also received a call about reducing the interest rate from my credit card.
it was annoying....
Jan in SoCalif
The caller ID on my home phone said "Bartlett Inc". I googled it and of course there's nothing with that specific name with that number. I did a reverse phone # look-up on whitepages.com and it says it's a landline out of Nassau, NY. Whoever it is, for whatever purpose, I'm sure it wasn't anything more than a telemarketing scam and I WISH IT DID SOMETHING POSITIVE TO REPORT THESE #S TO THE FCC, BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY PROOF THAT IT DOES.
Now They're Calling My Fax Line!!!
Same as most others.........................robo caller
They called at 10:01 am EST today, I didn't answer it. I get so tired of spam telemarketing.
"I know I've hung up on your prerecorded messages 7000 times before, but golly gee, you know what? Now that you've interrupted my life for the 7001 time, I finally realize that I do want to enlist in your help in lowering my credit card bills!"
-said no one ever.
They left no message and when I called back I got a recording telling me to press 1 to be added to the Do Not Call list. I am already registered on the Do Not Call list. This is some bogus gimmeck. Ignore calls from this number.
Call my cell and did not leave a number.

A missed call from this number appeared on my cell. I called it and the automated message said to press any digit to be automatically removed from the call list. I did so, and was immediately disconnected. Long Island area code.
Scam. Credit offer to lower interest rate.
Called Left no message
Called. Did not pick up. Did not recognize number.
Unsolicited call to cell on do not call list. Claiming to lower my credit card interest rate.
They called my cell and did not leave a message
Scam..would not give address to verify company he said was located in Orlando, Fla. I requested Tax ID number to verify company in Fla list he refused to give it to me. I pressed for Tax ID number again to make sure they are a legitimate company. He gave me a three digit number and hung up. I returned the call and a recording said to hit any button to be place on do not call list.
Recieved a call on my cell phone. It came up as a New York #. The message said they I had been approved to lower my credit card interest to 6.9%. Told me to press 1 for customer service. I did and a person with a heavy accent picked up. He said hello, I told him that I got a call from them to lower my interest and he said yes this is card services. I asked what card he was representing. He said Chase, Citi, Bank of America, Capital One and something else. I laughed and said "You're representing all of them?" and then he hung up on me. How do these people get your number and possible a card that you have?
Called me. No message left. not sure who they are or what they want.
(516) 430-5192 BARTLETT INC - Offering lower interest rate on credit cards, responded to talk to rep, told them I was on the "Do Not Call" list, she hung up.
Rec'd call from this number on my cell phone yesterday which i didn't answer. Caller didn't leave message. I called the number today and immediately got a message to press any digit to be removed from call list, which I did.
Just got a call to press 1 to lower my interest rate for my credit card. I did so I could speak to someone live to put me on the do not call list. Man muffled something about credit card (couldn't tell exactly what he said due to accent and being muffled). I stopped him and asked which credit card company he was from. He said "visa" and I pressed further. He said " you know Bank of America, Chase, other banks". At that point I knew it was a scam and asked to be put on the do not call list. He asked why and I told him that I didn't want to be solicited. He asked why again and I repeated what I said more firmly. Again, he asked why. At that point I asked his name to talk to his supervisor since he was not listening to me and to please put me on the do not call list. He didn't give me his name and asked why again. At that point, I said I was going to report them to the FCC and then he got off the phone quickly. Funny how when I mentioned FCC he didn't question me anymore. My advice is to not wait as long as I did and mention FCC IF you decide to move forward in the menu.
