The key word is "exterminating" not "exterminator.....

This is a scam and I am in the midst of filing a claim with my bank. I have already received a credit on my end as the bank looks into it. All of the phone numbers that he had given me when I signed up are no good now. His key words for pest control are no longer number one as he promises and you are not likely to ever get a call. I spoke to several companies that are listed on his site and none of them have gotten business and some even say that they are not affiliated with him despite being listed.

That is not even the correct phone number to propursuit! I am going to use every forum I can to expose the truth. The key words you claim to own are not # 1 any more.

The guy posting above as corey sheppard is a liar. That isn't even their phone number.

Corey from Propursuit.com called me in February of this year and the only reason I signed up with him was that he claimed to have outbid every company for the key word "exterminator". He claimed to be number one and that he would own it for years to come. AT that time if you did google it, it did show #1 placement. So I bought 4 "zones" for $1,200.00. The concept is that anyone who googles that key word and clicks on his site would then enter their zip code, only 4 companies could own a spot in that zone, so it sounded great. I have never received a single call from this website and it has been almost 4 months. I just googled the keyword and he is not # 1. In fact I can't even find the site unless I go directly to the url. I called the contact number and the answering machine is not a business. It appears to be residential and I have notified my bank of the possible fraud. I talked to another company that shares one of my zones and he has never received a call from the site either. I called other companies he lists and they said they don't eve recall dealing with him and even though he guarantees only 4 companies per zone when you look up that zone from a  different location other companies will show up.

so this guy calls and says he runs a huge web site for carpet cleaners on google, and that for $1200 a year he will put our company on the site. but when you call the number bac you get "anchor and pro pursuit.com". sounds fishy. though he is hiring people to help through craigslist???

Again not one of you can dispute the facts. The facts are that thi is a site where people see a number on a caller id and then come here to complain. Anything I say will never be said behind your back!!!! There are no victims here... Everyone that has signed up with me has benefitted by getting business. The people who come to sites like this and try to warm consumers about what it is i do dont know the facts about what i do to begin with because they have never taken my call! My name and number is right here for you to call. I dont see any of you leaving your name and number to challenge anything that i have stated. For all anyone knows its the same person coming on here and using aliases to bad mouth me. I can care less. Let the smart business owners who take the time to see what we do for themselves and you nay sayers can just go away and stay away. For anyone else trying to come onhereand give me or anyone else a bad name, why dont u leave your name and number an business here so we can look you up as well. Give it a rest already and find somethig better to do.

And to be honest for those who think I am a con artist, if my business practices were shady or I bad mouth people as some of you say, forget about my top spot on google, all of my customers of which i have over 1200 companies that do business with me wouldnt stay with me period!!!!! I would also lose my rights to accept visa/MC , Amex, Discover, checks, pay pal and lose my number 1 position as well becuase multibillion dollar companies like these wouldnt do business with me it would be worth it to them right? So i ask all of you who might read this in the future, are you going to believe the banter on here or are you going to call me and learn the facts.  Seriously, you dont think i have 15 different phone number that i could use if that was the case??? I still use the same phone number because there i nothing to hide or be ashamed of... Except for the fact that I have to respond to what are considered for the most part to me ridiculous comments and coming from most who have never said one word to me but love to follow me around on the internet like stalkers.. Also, notice the date of these comments, the recent negative ones are all about 2 days apart. Hmmm i wonder who that could be. Probably the same person again and again since they wont leave their name or number to be called back and addressed. Keep hiding behind a screen and no do anything with your life at all.. Meanwhile the facts speak for themselves. #1 in the country on google for roofing. 1200 happy clients nationwide. An astounding 97% renewal rate. Not one blemish with the BBB or any other relevant organization. Just a couple of weirdos who sit home and complain about their caller ID lol.... Did anyone here notice that every major company in our contry is on this site for unwanted telephone calls???  HMMMMMM makes ya wonder whos complaining here.

And for anyone on here who post that I am unprofessional and i dont talk to people in a manner they deserve just look at all the posts of people saying those things about me who dont even know who I am and that have never spoken to me once in their life. I wouldnt be helping my business if i allowed anyone to come here an slander me or my good name. I think the reason some of the posts are close together is because you were spamming some roofing forums during this time. Then you got kicked off of them.

All you are doing is buying one exact match keyword from Google's Adsense. Then duping the contractors that don't understand how it works. Let the facts speak for themselves. You don't own a roofing company on Long Island. You don't even own propusuit.com.
After you accepted payment from the suckers, what guarantee do they have that you will even continue your hopelessly inept campaign?

And 1 more thing Steve, The keyword roofing yields more consumer search results than any other keyword or phrase in every state across America. Comsumers who purchase with me are not only guaranteed their position for the time they list but their purchase is back by every single bank in the Country. What do you think i do ask people to send me cash through the mail? LOL I accept every from of payment there is in our country. Multi-Billion dollar companies do business with me. Do you honestly think they would extend me the credit for my business if it wasnt a great thing I was doing. Hmmm i dont know why all of you are going back and forth. I happen to be a member of the site and have been getting leads ever since. Now granted. I dont receive leads 24/7 but i have closed a couple of new accounts over the last 8 months and it is in my eyes a great service. You dont come across many sites with this position and the price in my opinion is incredible. I reach out to about 2 million people from his top spot on gooogle for under 35 bucks a week unlimited. I invested 1600 bucks with this company and it was worth every penny! Any roofer who comes here to complain has a right but i really think you need to speak with this gentleman first. He might come across as a little assertive but i know first hand its bcause he is truly passionate about his work and sometimes that can be mistaken for being brash. Nice guy who always getsback to me right away and truly cares about the success of my company. So far i give a thumbs up!!!!

I must admit i was hesitant to take this call and i came here to find out who it was. I called the number back and spoke with Corey. He answered the phone and was extremley polite and very knowledgeable. His position on google is #1 in my state and i must admit his prices seem too good to be true. However, i did decide to invest and see what happens over the next year and i am looking forward to getting business. For those on here who have posted above me, you should speak to this person and give the guy a break, there are alot of scams out there and this is not one of them. Some of my best friends in the industry who have been roofing a long time are also listed with this guy and have been for some time and have seen great results. I endorse propursuit and trust that they are doing the right thing .

We got a message on our machine to call this number back and we wondered what it was about but when we called we were greeted professionally and our conversation went really well. Mr. Corey with propursuit is the number 1  ranked position on google in all of California above my biggest competitors and although i didnt purchase any zones just yet i was not under any pressure to do so. Just didnt have the funds on me but i will say this, i will be moving forward and i will become a member of this site next week. Great idea that i wish i thought of myself!!!! Really do see now why so many roofers are happy and at the same time i dont get why anyone would say something negative about trying to help people get more business. Whether it works for everyone isnt the point, its the idea and the intent to help with this idea that mde me a believer.

Propursuit.com is a directory that generates business for it's members where the phone number is associated with another phone number.  It is not fishy, it is simply the sharing of phone lines.  Almost every company that are truly entrepreneurial start new businesses from existing locations and being that Propursuit.com is simple a top ranking website it is imperative that Propursuit.com utilize a membership fee for the better exposure of its members directory rather than a new office and additional phone lines.

left me a message saying it was "anchor roofing;" we own a commercial roofing company...not happening!

Obviously Tom Donovan either owns or works for them.  I also have a roofing business and they called saying they were Anchor Roofing and they are getting a lot of calls for roofing from PA people, but they are in NY and don't do work in PA and want to forward them to me.  Didn't call them back.

They called me yesterday.  Said her name was Lisa and she was calling for Anchor Roofing.  They were getting a lot of calls from people looking for roofing work in my area (western NY), but since they were located on Long Island? they couldn't do anything about.  I do own a roofing company.  This is not the first time they have called giving me this spiel.  I too have never called them back as I am sure it is nothing more than a marketing scheme.  I also believe Tom Donovan (or whoever is using his name) works for the company.  He says "...the facts speak for themselves."  What facts?

New caller from Anchor Roofing today - Brian Henry.  Wants to set us up with repairs from all over the country!  We're in Houston.  Sorry, but he wont hear from us.
