I don't answer numbers I don't recognize either, however, if we don't report this illegal activity it will continue unabated. We all have a civic duty to act responsibly and not to sit back and wait for the 'other guy' to do something about these wrongs.

I have received quite a few calls from this number. I too am on the do not call registry! When they call the caller ID says "Vital Biz News"! Yeah, so vital they violate the do not call registry. I will be reporting them to the FCC and blocking them with my provider.

The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

They seize the line, as well as robocall and violate Do-Not-Call. That's 3 violations there. But if you want anything done you have to CONTACT THE FCC.

It also doesn't hurt to contact your carrier and tell them to block these calls system-wide.
