Phone calls twice a day.  I'm on the Fed no call list, but haven't played that card.  Thanks for suggestions given.

CALLING MANY TIMES A DAYI .... they never leave a message and i tried calling their number but they dont pick up.... now a recording says will only accept calls that are identified /  attorney general should be made aware of their constant CALLS /   ALSO DID GET AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM HOME IMPROVEMENTS AND THEY WERE OVER 100% THAT EVERY OTHER CONTRACTPOR SO THEY ARE SCAMMING MANY PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW BETTER /  THEY ARE IN BJ'S STORES AND SOLICIT THRU BJSG
I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE TO CALL THEM OR TAKE VCALL AND SAY YES VERY INTERESTED PLEASE COME TO HOUSE FOR ESTIMATE ON WORK AND EITHER FNOT BE THERE OR LET THEM IN MAKE IT SHORT HAVE THEM LEAVE.... HAVE COME BACK AND ETC ETC AL LEASTR ONCE DO WHEN U FEEL LIKE TEACHDING THEM A LESSON ... I DID  LOL

I get calls too - and way too often.  We got the quote and I spoke to them about being dissatisfied with their price & what not.  I thought this would end the calls but apparently not.  And as far as the Do Not Call list, that's only good for "blind" calls.  If you've done business (for instance given them your phone number) then they can call you unless you specifically call and tell them not to call and register a complaint that you've asked them to stop.
So I guess we're all stuck with Bil-Ray forever... they're certainly not getting on my good side with their efforts, maybe they can afford to lose potential customers with being so annoying

Also shows up as Wilkes-Barr, PA under a different number but it's the same people - we've talked to them as well.

I get a call everyday and it is annoying.  I decided to pick up today and got hung up on.  Then I tried calling back and it says it is disconnected, but yet they keep calling!!

I may have a solution to these pests.... Bil Ray has been harassing me with calls for 2 years. I recommend you do what I do... when they call listen to them and then agree to have someone come out to your home to make their presentation in person... make the appointment sometime when you know you will not be at home and let them waste their time. When they call to reschedule and ask why you were not home explain to them that you will do this every time they call you unless they remove you from their call list. This worked for me with Bil Ray and Allure Home.
If we all did this every time they called they would have to rethink their telemarketing model.

They call everyday ...very annoying......told them several times that I have got my job done and its been more than a year now...but they call me for same thing everyday...Sometimes they call and then don't answer...till date I didn't care but now if they call me again....I know how to give it back...

This is ridiculous, I get a call every hour. Never leaves a message and the phone is not in service.  How can I stop this.  I am pissed that I have 5 missed calls each and every damn day.

I get tons of calls from them too and it is very annoying.  HOWEVER, to those clueless people who think the solution is to schedule an appointment and not be there to teach them a lesson, here's a lesson for you...

The only thing you will be really doing is making someone who works for them drive out to your house and spend their time and money on gas and/or tolls.  This will not be the owner's money or time, it will be that employee's money and time.  I have been in outside sales before and your solution to make some employee spend their money so you can try to prove your point is childish and ridiculous.  Get a clue as to how business works and try handling your issue without negatively impacting someone who is just out trying to make a living.

I receive calls from this number a few times a week, caller id shows only NEW YORK and the telephone number. Just when the answering machine picks up, they hang up. I called the number back and received a recording that it is not in service.

I AM on the DO Not Call List and have done no business with them and still they call! Blocking the number AND filing FCC complaint! You have to play hard ball with idiots like this.

Bil-Ray Home Improvement

I get a call from this number every day.  It's so annoying.

I get calls from this number serveral times a day but no one ever picks up. It started as Bil_Ray and now the ID shows Floral Park, NY. What a PITA!

I figured out a way to make the calls stop.  I answered the phone one time and they never called back.  This is typical with automatic dialers where once you answer the phone, your name comes off their list because the dialer thinks they spoke to you.  I tried to complain, but they told me as long as I am not on the Federal Do Not Call list, theres nothing that can be done.  So I signed up for the list.

Just contacted BJ'S and complained about the 2-3 calls a day I get from this number.  They told me that they will contact corporate and get back to me.  I told them that I filed a complaint with the F.C.C. and the B.B.B..  I also let them know that if this is not fixed promptly they will see the story on "Seven On Your Side", or another consumer investigative reporting segment on the news, which will also drag BJ'S name through the mud.  BJ'S should be accountable as this Bil-Ray company solicits customers inside their store!  They are to call me Monday from corporate.  I will post an update.  I urge you to call BJ'S at 516-860-1371 and complain to a manager.

That person calls me as well.  I did the same thing and left my name at BJ's home improvement section.  I am going to report them.

This number calls me every day too!  No one ever says anything, and when i call back there isn't an answer. So annoying.................

This number calls my cell phone at least four times a day!!!!I have only answered it once which to no avail a sound came from the other end....Very weird

File a complaint on the FCC website. I did and so have many others. If they get enough they will do something about it

Rcvd call from this number almost every day just don't give up. If you don't pickup a phone, they will left you a lengthy voice mail with "watersplash" on the background - ( as if somebody is going down under water with distorted voice ). Tired of them.

I get calls from this number all the time bil-ray is the company bj's home improvement uses for siding/windows i have made an official complaint with them you should too! I like an idiot set up an appointment a few months ago while i was shopping for a free estimate and now it it to the point of harassment
