They also call from 516-717-1623. Same story…they threatened me with a criminal suit, etc. FIrst "Andy Hunt" with a thick Indian accent said he needed my attorney's number. I don't normally keep an attorney on call, so I tried to get as much information from him. FIrst he said there would be a criminal case filed against me in California superior court in a non-existent county in California. He then rattled off the charges against me, including some federal charges. As soon as he said the non-existent county I realized it was a scam. Scary thing was he had all kinds of personal information on me. I hung up on them, and tried calling them back. They answered with a barely audible hello with a bunch of noise in the background. These guys are at the least scammers, at worst terrorists. Affadavit Consolidation or something like that. (It took 30 minutes just to get the name of the company.)

This guy kept calling my phone threatning me.. I have no idea who he is, and yes he barely speaks any english.. He was very rude the entire time I was on the phone with him when I started questioning what the case was about. He said he was going to call the cops, notify my employer and I will be in jail by tomorrow night. I have no idea how these people have my information. It makes me mad that they even called my work.. You can't even understand what the's saying... Shouldn't we report this so we can end the phone calls? If you ask me, they are the ones who should have cases file against them..

These knuckleheads keep calling. I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list, and he argued with me. If this keeps up I will contact the state attorney general's office.  I have enough to do without answering this boffo's calls.

These people keep calling me and telling me that I got a payday loan in November '09. I looked at my bank statements and there is no such thing on there. They told me that there are 6 Federal Charges against me and they continue to argue with me about the issue. I told them not to call me back and they call multiple times a day. How do I get rid of them?

I've received a call from the same number at least 3-4 times already. I never picked up the phone, but an Indian guy with a strong thick accent keeps leaving me a message. I can't even understand what he is saying. Something about wanting to find my friend's contact information or something like that. I caught the word "affidavit" one time as well It is so annoying, I tried calling them back one time and hung up when the man answered the phone. I hope these guys get caught.

I asked to speak with a supervisor "Niel Johnson", but he was another Indian. I asked to speak with an American speaker because I did not understand him but he wouldn't pass anybody else. He was very Rude, telling me statments like "your mother is pussy" or " Suck my dick". I asked him for his CEO's name and other bosses and he named them Superman, catwoman, captin hook ECT... Its abvious that they are scam artists.

I got a call and a message from this number this morning.  I had my niece's husband call it back from his cellphone.  The person who answered had a thick undian accent and said my nephew had called a hospital.  I later answered a call from this number.  I was told that I owed money on a payday loan, If I did not make arrangements to pay, I was told I would be terminated from my job, and may spend 2 years in jail.  I hung up.  Another call came.  I could barely understand the person because of background noise (that I think was deliberate).  For the next 30 minutes, these people continued to call my phone.  Each time, I put them on speakerphone and my sister my niece and I proceeded to ridicule them, calling them scam artists.  During one call a female told my sister to "shut up" and she told us that our mother was a call girl and a prostitute and our father was a porn star.  At one point, a man got on the phone and asked did we want to get 5000 calls a day. The whole situation was funny to us.  But you know what?  The longer we kept them on the phone, they wouldn't be able to scam someone else.

I was upset and I was even yelling at the top of my voice when a non-American accent individual called me in my school and told that I loaned 1551.23 from CashUSA Payday Loan. He introduced his name as Telsa Hens an Indian name as he said. He called me in my cellphone with the number 2086212025. When I did not answer because I was in myteaching process, he called me in my work phone. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SUE ME TO COURT AND BE JAILED FOR TWO YEARS IF I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY MY LOAN ffrom Cash USA PayDay Loan.I was very mad because I really did not have a loan with this company. He told he works with the Law Firm in New York. I  asked his number and this is it: 5167171623. My co-workers who are Americans immediately searched the internet and what  are intentions of these people who threaten and make foolishness of people who are working hard for their family.

Okay these f***ers called my job 53 times from four different numbers... 516-717-1623, 208-621-2025, 206-397-1522, and 206-397-1509.  They are Indian men Paul Smith and Neil Johnson... these are the name that they gave me.  They had partial personal info such as last four of SS#, ACCT#, and ROUTING#.  They were very rude and tols me I owed 200.00 from a pay day loan from a company called Cash USA.  Neil told me I had two choices to settle over the phone or go to court.  He would not give me any info such as a number to the company or when they deposited the funds into my acct.  He told me to hang up if I was not going to pay... When I looked up the number and realize it was a SCAM.. I called them back and told them I was on to them they hung up in my face and one told me to F*** OFF!

i got a call today like 5 plus times....from a middle east guy named anthony moore...had all my information saying that he is from a federal lawfirm and i was pending a lawsuit against my social security number for 150.00...r u  kidding me?? if the feds wanted something they would just take it...and Im sure no one is going to court for 150.00 buks....I really didnt know what to think.....then he said that funds were deposited in my account in july 2009....the account they had on file did not even exist in 2009 at that time......... i am worried because they have all my info....they also proceeded to ask me my billing information to take care the my debt....DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!
