Just got my call from Eric Brown, he calls every other month, does get annoying which they would just stop which some one would do something I have told them that I am calling the FBI and than usally the number in disconnected or will not take calls from my phone number.

These people are calling my office threatening me!

I just got a call from Jason Kennedy  LOL  of course Indian/ Pakistan sounding.I wish something could be done with these collection companys. All they do is scare and ruin peoples lives.Never give them money!!! Usually, if you just keep messin with them, they go away.

I just got a call from the same # from a James Lawson at 516-730-7119 saying if I don't return his call, good luck with what will befall me or something to that nature, as I could not understand what he was saying. He keeps calling my work #. The accent was too thick. I am glad I found this website. I am in California

Have just received a second call from Indian sounding gent from 516-730-7119 who says they are with Cash Partners of America and that I will be sent to litigation if I do not pay.  Two months ago received a call from similar at 516-833-3063.  Number working then.  Not now.  Not paying (this time!).  Learned the hard way.  Will be reporting to Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and local police department.

I just received a phone call from this number 516-730-7119 from a Jame Lawson regarding a loan that is due and please do  not delete this number........I googled this number and found this number as everyone else is reporting.

Eric Brown from what he says is DCS Law Firm in New York. Claims money is owed for a payday loan taken out that was never even applied for. Pay Day loans are illegal in the West Virginia. Man sounds Indian/Pakistan, and when a reverse look-up was done on the phone number it says that it is to a locksmith company in New York. They are threatening people with jail time if they do not pay.

My mother just received a call from an Indian sounding man who called himself Eric Brown from DCS Law Firm in New York. He said that she was a primary suspect in a theft case involving payday loans. She hasn't applied for one nor was the bank account he claimed was used been open for the past 3 years. He called from 516-730-7119 which is how I found your post. Just report these calls this is not the first time this has happened to her. Thank you for your post it was helpful to know that as unfortunate it is that someone else is having the same problem.

I keep getting messages from a man with a thick accent (it sounds Indian/Pakistian) stating he is from a law firm (BCA) in New York State and that it is regarding a "case".  I am supposed to send money.  I have asked to speak to someone else (a supervisor) and he states he is the only one there. How do we handle these people and how do they get our names/numbers?  Obviously it is a scam as there does not seem to be a BCA Law Firm in New York State.
