I don't have a payday loan out with them. It's really scary to me that they know all my information though. What has this world of technology come to? These people need to be punished and our government that's suppose to protect us aren't doing a damn thing. Smh

This number called me saying I owed for a loan as well.  Scare tactics.  My credit card company called and said they were blocking numerous weird charges, all from the same merchant number. They are Indian with American names and all sound the same.  Very pushy and aggressive but I called them out on the fact I thought they were trying to scam me and "Tom Williams" (said with a 'V') became irritated that I was accusing them of being A-holes. Other names were, Kevin Johnson, Alan Johnson, Leon something...
I hope they are caught!!!

I keep getting these harrashing calls from this number 10 times a day saying I owe them money sf or a payday loan that I never even got....this allen johnson guy is telling me that I will b very sorry if I dont pay them...then he goes on calling me a stupid b@#&$ a dumb mutha fer and then ask me if I have a dude and he wants me.....ugh r u serious please b advised this is a scam

I received couple calls from this number 516 833-3172, a person named Steven Jones. He left couple messages on my phone harassing me and saying that If I didn't returne his calls that I will be very sorry. He was very rude. I check the number and I found all these complaints which just prove to me what I had thought that he is a SCAM. I will report him to FBI.

I got a  call today from this number. PLEASE BE ADVISED I HAVE BEEN A PROFESSIONAL DEBT
COLLECTOR FOR 3O YEARS.     THIS IS A SCAM ANYONE WHO GETS THIS PHONE CALL SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION IN WHATEVER STATE YOU RESIDE IN THAT IS WHO REGULATES PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSEDLY COLLECTING PAST DUE DEBTS.

This "Eric Cody" as well as "Allen Johnson" guy keeps calling my cell phone saying that I owe them money for a loan that I never took out and all my loans are all payed. Then he verbaly aserrts me. And then when you asked for documentation saying that I owe them money they never send it and also hang up. Then they called me back after hanging up, they cuss you out. They call ten times and five times in ten minutes. Now, every time they  call, I say "Welcome to McDonalds may I take your order" and then list all the items I know they sell for and then he says he wants a chicken cheese pizza. You can tell this guy is a total scam!!!

Yes i keep getting these call from these Indian speaking people. i am so sick of them calling my work every month or whenever they feel like it. i have paid off all of my paid day loans each time and only deal with the same 2 co's. every time. wish they would stop harrassing me it has been going on for about 2 yrs. i will never pay them any $, these people are trying to scam good people who work hard.

Just got a call from this number and a voicemail regarding some "great trouble" my friend is in. The friend they stated is not a friend but an ex sister in law. I have not spoke to her in over 2 yrs. How they got my number and married name I have not a clue. They asked that I have my friend call Officer Eric Cody the moment I speak to her. He is not easy to understand. Last time I checked Eric or Cody is not an Indian Name.

These people keep calling me all hours of day and night from 516-833-3172 and 2-134-175-8451 Different names Michael smith, Eric and a few others He treatens to have me arrested at my front door. I have told them to stop calling me but they do not stop

Allen Johnson is calling my phone 10 times in 5 minutes.

Just got a call from a Michael at this number.  Said it was a message for my sister and had her name!  How the F he got MY cell phone name and number since it is a work cell not listed in my name!  Said she needed to return the call or we would both be liable for the pending litigation!  I have never signed for anything for my sister so even if there was litigation I am not liable for a damn thing.  You could barely understand this "Michael".  Tons of background noise, heavy Indian accent.  After reading the previous posts, I kinda want to call him back and mess with him!!!

Allen Johnson called me on my job today 6/7/2011 and told me that I would need to pay $5000 in court on tomorrow and that my friends were going to be arrested as well. I tried explaining that I don't owe money to any loan companies but this guy wouldn't let it go. Since I closed the account that he claims the money was sent to, I faxed him a letter and a copy of the bank statement showing closed so no way money could have been deposited. I then called back and spoke with Allen and that perturbed individual asked if he could have sex with me.

I want to report this person to the highest level of authority here on earth. It's just a matter of time before they are caught.

This guy called "Allan Johnson" guy called and said he would kill me if I did'n give him 5,480 dollars and he said he would f*** my mother and He calls me about 20 times an hour. I looked up on google his number, and he is from India and is a total scandal!  And we are tellin you and everyone else that if this number, (516)-833-3172 calls your phone, don't answer it! And he calls hundereds of other people in a DAY. And he also calls from many different numbers. And I also asked him what his office number was and he hung up.

This "Eric Cody" called me at work from (516)833-3172. I work at a veterinary clinic and the other receptionist that answered the phone said that "Eric Cody" needed to speak with me about and animal! So when I answered the phone, he first asked for an Angelique. When I asked who, he said my name. When I told him I couldn't speak about personal business matters at work, he started yelling at me about needing a call back in an hour or we were going to court.Then has asked if I knew what the call was about and I told hime I couldn;t even understand what he was saying! I finally just had to hang up on him. Lol. Be careful guys!! This is a total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not speak to these people. They are Indian scam artists who claim you owe money for a payday loan. They use big words they can't even pronounce b/c they can't speak our language and when you ask them for something in writting to back up what they are claiming you owe money for, they can't produce the info, b/c they are FRAUDULENT! Don't let their threats scare you. Don't be fooled by them. They stole $750.00 out of my checking account. Luckily my bank refunded the money. Even if you do owe money for a payday loan, by law the debt collector has to send you or email you verification of the debt. If they cannot do this and they won't, it's b/c they are scamming you. Hope this helps.

I got a call from the same people. They are now claiming to be the US Justice department. They hardly speak English. They claimed the FBI is looking in on my loan. Lol the FBI cares about my 500 dollar loan?

this guy keep calling my work stating that i am about to be taken to court. obviously it is a lie cause i do not have any payday loans out. Can't speak a word of proper English and will not let up. Reporting him to attorney general now.

Same a**hole named Michael calls me on my cell and calls my sister and my company as well. They have numbers from may different area codes. I will kill this MF if I find where he is.

I keep getting calls, this is definitely a scam. I actually contacted the payday loan provider that they purported to be calling from and they recorded my statement. They have complained to the FBI, attorney general, etc... and yet these idiots keep obtaining american area code numbers and harassing hard working citizens. If you do have payday loans paid or unpaid, I suggest you call the originating company and report these terrible people. It is definitely a SCAM!

I just received a phone call from this number, and the indian man was asking for a Veronica?!?! I told him I had only had this phone number for two days, and he got all awkward for a second. Then I asked him what number he had called to see if he had dialed the wrong number, then he said "You don't know your phone number, baby?" I hung up on him and he called me back! I couldn't understand half the things he was saying to me.
