i have been receiving phone calls from a John Matthew at my workplace. He has been harrassing my co-workers and me. what do i do about all this. My boss wants an address of them and a name of the business where can i find it?

Wondeful, so if this is a scam...how do you make it stop?

I received a message on my VoIP that myself or my attorney of record  needed to return Eric Joseph's call @ 516-833-3396 and if I did not return the call promptly to resolve the matter, (whatever matter that is/was) that all he could do was wish me the best of luck.  So, I'm on the line w/this person now, on hold actually, and he cannot find my case file via my first and last name, nor by the phone # he left the message on.  Here we go...I will request any documents pertaining to this be sent to me for my review and/or my attorney's review.  He came back asking me to confirm the last 4 of my SS# which he had incorrect along w/my last name he had incorrect as well.  So, I'm on hold once again.  He said that he will need to call me back and to not disregard the # in which he will be calling from for it will be an anonymous #.  He said his name was Chris Harris, which is disturbing because his voice sounds just the same as the message that was left on the voice mail by "Eric Joseph".  All he could tell me at this point was that he was from DC Law Firm and it was in regards to a lawsuit (Dept of Corp Affairs).  So, I Google the address he provided me of his "Law Firm" of 42 Broadway, 5th FL. NY, NY and it is the Department of CONSUMER affairs.  I called Global Credit Services who is his "Client" that I apparently owed money to and they do not even know anything about this collection/law firm.  When this man returned my call from an anonymous # it was a # from out of the country and it was not anonymous.  That # was 125430000649 and I've never in my life called a # outside of the USA so I'm not sure where the dashes were to go but that's how it came across on my caller ID.  This is obviously a scam, not a legitimate company and not even located in the USA.

it should be a law to go after those peoples making statement about you own their firm money and tell you if you dont pay it with in a 24hour turn round you would go to jail. they are the ones who need to be sue for calling and tell someone that you money to their and will not give you the information so that you can look at it also before their take your money and you cant get it back because it a scam.

just got another call from the same man fromph# 212 604 02859....told him my lawyer wants a copy of the charges and i need him to email me the documents...Ron said could not do that...told him my Atty tried calling him last night right after our conversation and was never able to get through...told him my atty called the 569 833 3396 ph#....told him i can give him the information to my atty and he would not accept the information...he said he would forward the file and me and my atty could take care of it in court......asked him again to just email me the documents so i can fax them to my atty....again no and call was disconnected

I am so glad I read  this...i just recieved a call from this ph# and the caller was so convincing about pressing charges against me...i was in the  middle of typing a letter with all my information including bank card info when i decided to research the company calling...the caller name was Ron Weber and i thought is was  unusual for a man with a heavy accent to have a typical male name....THANK GOD FOR YOU ALL!!!

A  guy  from this number called and left a message on my employers voicemail I called back and he answered but  when  I called  back it was  dissconected  and  the weird thing is no women ever

Call just men indian men  at that they  need to be stopped thank god for this app or I wouldn't  know who was calling me

I just got a call from this number too... Im pretty sure this same D****bag has contacted me before. I HAVE taken out payday loans.. but they are all paid off. he is threatening some kind of lawsuit but when I called the number back it was disconnected.

Total scam.

This number has been calling me to charge me for a loan that i got few years ago. I been told by one of the employees there that i was gonna get send to court and I asked him wher to and he couldnt even answer my question I only owe $300.00 I am gonna pay it but at the time it was very hard for me. So I dont know whatto do.....
