pERSON HANGS UP WHEN WE ANSWER PHONE

This person has called me 3 times a day for the past couple days...but never leaves a message and always hangs up when I answer.

I keep getting a call from this number....no message, hangs up when I answer???

these people have called me 4 times today. no one talkes back when i pick up

Twice per day in early AM and after noon 5:23-5:37 PM for last three days on my private unlisted/unpublished number.
Creeps do NOT respond when I answer.
Does anybody REALLY KNOW how and where we can effectively make a usable report to a Government agency that will block these CREEPS from burning up our long distance?

My caller ID showed them as Top Dot Mortgage

I did not answer because I was on another line, no message.  jerks! I am sick on them.
