I also got a call from Frank Foster and his idiot partners in crime. They had been calling me for over a week and leaving messages about some loan I supposedly got under false pretense and if I didn't respond they would be pressing charges against me. I was also told that they would have me arrested at my job. He tried to get me to give him 200 dollars a month until I paid off my debt of $5000. I sat and listen to him read off all sorts of charges and waited patiently for him to finish so I could tell him how I felt about these so called charges. I've never been the type to scare easily and my mama didn't raise no fool. I knew off top it was BS because I've never taken out a loan. People please beware of these scams. I repeat beware and please DO NOT give these guys any money or further information. They will try to scare you with all sort of tactics but its all nonsense.

This number called my job (516) 986-5545 said that he was Frank Foster, and Ben Rogers also call my job from this same number. The phone is a carrier by Level 3 communications who's number is 1-877-453-8353. I was told to ask for the fraud department to report the person that has this phone. If more people call and report their complaints about this number maybe we can get somewhere. The Federal Trade Commission number is (202) 326-2222. New York Better Business Bureau is (212) 533-6200. FBI Federal Bureau of Investigations is (202) 324-3691. If they got a job, then they would not be trying to get money out of people that work. Any person that has time to sit and called people for there money, because they is to lazy to work is sick, and this group is very sick.
They may get money out of some, where they don't get it from others, but remember all good things will come to and end, they will get caught one day. The more we stick together and report these things, the more they will be put in the spotlight to get caught. Remember Report the calls you have all the numbers here. These companies will get tired of the calls and complaints and will help catch these people. So call, call, and call these peoples.

I have been getting the same calls from similar people for awhile now..they call my cell and work...leaving the same message that if I dont call them back then they are going to have a case against me and my SS#...I have tried to talk to them before they cant speak English and it is hard to understand..but the names they always use are American names...the one that called me yesterday and today is Jason Carter...  I left a message back for him yesterday telling him he was a Scam along with all the others...and if they were legit I would receive something in writing...which you will never get...please be careful these people are a SCAM   no matter how many American names they use and try to tell you they are a law firm or an officer of some kind....BE WARE!!!!   I am tired of these IDIOTS!!!!

I got a call from this #(516) 986-5545 NY. Sgt Chris whatever he said left e a message saying there was fraud cases against my name & ssn & if I dot call back the judge WILL find me guilty & I will be behind bars LOL!! Ok!!! Do I called them back & spk to a "Feank Foster" he said the same thing & they're gonna call my employer I told them its illegal & I'll call the police for this fraudulent scam & he hung up on me so I'm gonna do the same as you all call & harass them like they do to us LOL!!!

This phone number has been calling me for over a month now,  and they have also called me at work.  He keeps saying that i am going to be arrested if I dont pay now.  He also told me good luck for my kids!!!  LOL  Whats he going to do??  Kill the mama???  Please!!!  My fiance and I satarted callibg this number back and others just like it and started harassing them back,  and they really dont like it...  We had alot of fun!

I received the same call today at my job. I was very upset and dont know how he got my work number and name. He tried to tell me I was being charged with all kinds of stuff and that if I didnt pay that I was gonna receive consequences. He told me my name and tried to say the last four numbers of my SSN but they were incorrect. He also gave me a wrong email address. I dont know how he got my number but I hope it doesnt happen again. Have any of you received any identity theft or anything like that from these calls. I was worried that perhaps they find out information and can get in to your accounts. I'm not sure but I hope not! Be careful with this guy and dont give him any information!

this number has been calling my place of employment to intimidate me, I want this number to stop calling me because I don't know these people.

I have received this call several times and today I had enough.  So I told them that I was recording the call and that I was tracing to make sure that they were ligit.  They hung up on me.  I then called back and asked him to tell me again why he was calling and to speak clearly so that the police department could get all of the information.  They hung up on me again.  I called them again and began taunting them.  I told them that they will be found and go to jail for what they are doing.  I made several calls after that harrassing them like they do us and they have now blocked my number.  Beat them at their own game!  If we all do it, they will stop!  SUCKAS!  hahahahahahaha 1 point for the good guy;)

This Do***e Bag called me today. Total Fraud, gave me a NY Bar # 10515 - which is a NY zip code...

Got a call from 516-986-5545. Caller said he was Criminal Lawyer Frank Foster.
