The website is listed as administratively managed by:

and his email address is remodelmix@gmail.com.
The other numbers associated with this guy are:
516.445.0029, 516.828.1324, and his registration for the domain is listed as 516.238.0038
His Twitter handle is @remodelmix which is full of promotions for the same services and he does something similar for 2cleanlaundry.com and causita.com he also uses an email puentazo@yahoo.com.
All of this information is publicly available with only a slight amount of digging. The phone numbers he supplied himself via spam.

This is a scam I received the same text message from the number 631-860-8270:
I do Paint, Drywal, Carpen3, Bath, roof, Handyman svc, house/office cleaning, more, ful lic/ins, free estimate, plz call/txt 516-986-7363.
No legitimate contractor would send spam text.
Here is what you can do:
1) Use a landline telephone, preferably from a conference room in an office you are visiting
2) Dial *67, then one or both of the two phone numbers above
3) Inquire about their service. Be friendly and talk about some imaginary project
4) Get the name of the company, and the name of the owner. Address and phone number as well
5) Use a bogus name, address, and phone number for yourself. Alternatively, you can give the name of and information of someone you hate
6) Make an appointment for them to come over to see the project. Give them a phony address that takes them to an empty lot, the police station, or a dump in the hood. Make sure it is at least a 1/2 hour drive
Alternative response:
after following #1, 2, and 3, do the following:
4) Curse out the scammer prick with every obscenity you know.
