Received call from this number, no message left.  Call back resulted in disconnected number...

just missed the call and called right back. Suprise...says it is disconnected that fast.

Received call, but wasn't home.  No message left.  I called the number and got "This number is out of service".  Sounds like somebody not wanting me to know who it is.

I received a call from this number.  The person whispered hello?  I am trapped in a room and can't talk loud.  I asked who they were and they wouldn't answer

This number called and the person sort of made low growling noises for 5 secs and stopped.

Got this call at about 7 pm, picked up, said hello three times. No one answered, no one hung up so I did. Did a *69 to get this number as I do not have caller ID. Very odd!

Called on 10/22/09.  Conversation with a gentleman; ended up he had the wrong number.  Called number back and was "disconnected".  Did reverse look up and was registered to a Sedric Dion in Detroit, MI

The above number was left on my landline Caller ID while I was at work.  No message!  I'm also on the DNC list.

This call come in and my spouse answered..caller said they were doing a survey..spouse handed me the phone and I answered then caller just hung up...

Was on my caller ID. I wasn't home to answer. Did a google look up and found it's a robo. Thought we were free from telemarketers, but apparently this is ANOTHER law that doesn't matter.

Similar to other experiences. Received a call from this number; did not answer, no message left. Called back immediately and was advised number had been disconnected.

I missed this call on my caller ID, but if this is a robo/political/nuisance call, it will be marked for future reference. Thank you Caller ID!

Got a call from this number on my cell phone a few times. The first time a female voice said something then call ended.  Next 2 times, no answer.  And just got a call and a male voice said it was from campaign for Michael (I believe) Madigan.  He asked if they had called and I told him I've been getting calls from this phone number.  He apologized and hung up.

I have been called 4 times by this number, called back and it said the number was disconnected.

I have been called from this number 2 times a day for 3 days. They never leave a message. I did a reverse look up and found that the number is from Lansing, MI and it's unpublished.

I've missed calls from this number four times in the last 48 hours.  Finally, when it rang, I picked it up: it was someone from the Illinois Democratic calling asking if I'll support Michael Madigan, who's running for the Senate.

I've received 8 calls from this number in the last 3 days.  I was just ignoring them at first, but I've tried to pick up the last several times.  Each time I pick up, the call is automatically disconnected.  I filled out a complaint form at the fcc website.

so annoying!  this is the second one of these robot call things I've had to deal with in the last several weeks.

Got a call and accidentally sent it to voice mail. But the number is in-state, so I thought I was missing a friend's call. When I called it back, I got an Ameritech message that the number is disconnected or not in service. This was within a minute of GETTING the call. It can't be anything legit if they're using a phone bank with untraceable numbers.

Received call on my cell phone on 11/1/07 @ 1:31pm. No one there.

The call was a poll about recall and recall of Illinois Gov. I told them yes I supported recall of this idiot. For some reason this has to be some annoying company..... i will get to the bottom of this

Got a call and it was about some IL politician running for Forest Preserve captain in Dupage County or something like that.  Don't know what the purpose of their call was but they hung up.  Wondering if I'm going to get charged since they were talking about raising funds.  Will be checking my phone bill.

Have gotten this call twice today.  I didn't answer as I don't know the number.  Says it is a "Michigan call."

Just received this call.  It was a political survey regarding how you would vote on gay and lesbian issues such as hiring practices, housing, etc.  Several of the questions were very "loaded" so I refused to answer those.  Some of the other questions dealt with how often you vote, your church attendance, and your age.  

They asked if you would vote for a state representative who supported certain issues (question loaded), so I'm not sure if this is polling on the state or national level.  Since Ohio used wedge issues of gay rights and abortion in '04, it could be state polling.  However, they used those issues during a national election, so it could have to do with the presidential election.  Our primary is in March.

I picked up and said hello only once no one responded.

The caller offered me $75 to attend a focus group on Sept 29 to discuss upcoming election issues. I declined.

rec'd 4 phone calls from this number over last 2 days. unable to return call--not a working number. reported to cell phone carrier--they were who directed me to this site. how could anyone benefit from this type of calling? what is the point?

No one was there when I answered.

i received a call from "unknown name, private number" and two minutes later another "unknown name, unknown number." i didn't answer either. 1 1/2 hours later i received a call from this number so i answered. after saying hello twice, there was no answer so i hung up.
