This number has called my mobile cell multiple times, all when I have not been there to respond. No message is left. I did not try to call back, since no message was left.

I've been getting many calls over the last 2 months. They really want you to press 2 when they call. They claim it's to be put on their do not call list but why would any legitimate place push going on their DNC list so hard? I'm sure by pressing 2 you are accepting something... charges on your line or something. I've reported ever call to donotcall.gov but nothing has changed yet. I just now contacted http://www.brookscommunication.com/Contact-Us.html as they seem to be the carrier of this phone number. I would recommend everyone send an email to all the address available demanding they stop this harassment.

I also have been receiving multiple calls from this number on my cell phone. I piked it up once and it wanted a credit card number so I could receive a gift card. If I do not pick up, they do not leave a message. It is a robocall

Got call from 517-319-0093 on my cell. Before I could answer, it defaulted to my answering machine. No message was left. The area code is for central Michigan (Lansing area). I called it back and got an automated response saying I had "won" a $50 Walmart gift card but had to pay $1 shipping and to press 1 to talk to an operator and give my credit card number. Or I could press 2 and be put on their "internal" do not call list. I pressed 2. My number is already on the federal do not call list.

Received a call several days in a row on my mobile phone. When I finally had some time I called the number back and got a recorded message saying I had been called because I visited an affiliated web site and to show appreciation for that visit I had won a $50.00 Wal-mart gift card for taking a 3 minute survey and shipping... blah, blah, blah. There is an option during this spiel to press 2 to be put on their internal do not call list. Isn't that generous of them?
Phone number originates in Lansing, Michigan and is listed to be on the Brooks Communications network:

Perhaps a few complaints to the carrier stating that there must be some sort of violation to the Terms of Service might help put an end to this very annoying call.
