I keep receiving calls from this number on my cellphone. last call 11/16/09 `3: PM.

I keep getting calls from this number too.  It says the number is out of service when I call it back.  It has to be a scam.

Yup. call me on my cell at work and don't leave a message. Violation of do not call law.

Just got one too. No message. 2nd time they've tried.

I have received three calls from this number. Two yesterday and one so far today. No message.

They are a marketing company trying to get you to consolodate credit cards.

Got a call on my cell phone too.  I answered but all it was a computer and something about consolidating credit.  I thought it was my husband was calling so I didn't even look at the number.  I was just getting out of work and he usually calls me then. I was upset and I hung up.
