no message, just a dial tone

They left an automatic message offering healthcare if I was interested to press 1 if I wanted to be removed to press 2.

They called and I spoke with them about $69.95/mo health care coverage.  Including Dr, Dental, hosp, prscr!  All they wanted was access to checking accountm  They would leave no phone number.  I *69 to get number.

are they legitimate?

Called and left the message "number" on my machine. A comedian I guess.
