Called my cell.  Automated message about the presidnets stimulous package.  Rather long message at that.

I thought cell numbers were exempt form these type calls

Just called my cell, left message saying something about the president's stimulous package, and how I should take advantage to lower my credit card payments or something, it was a long message.

Left an automated voicemail. Pretty annoying. Ate some of my precious minutes. Grrr.....
