Any info a person is giving of their personal info to the internet freely is money to the telemarketers . They sell the lists to anyone seeking info on the person . It is a big business !!! Your are profiled and sold many times over to the course. These lists can travel all over the world and  your personal info may have taken a vacation many times.

These are loan shark people - Stay clear of them- They hook you up with a store front college and try to get you to finance . You will pay for this the rest of your life and perhaps your children will have to pay for this also ? The college are off the wall and inferior- RIP OFFS - Run away as fast as you can- don't let them sell you a dream to Bankruptcy.

Same thing happened to me.  It was the same guy from 4 different numbers in the same hour. 8 since 10:30 a.m. this morning (Apr. 9).I have blocked all of the numbers on my cell. Its my fault, I should have known better to fill an online contest.

Got a call from this # 5183280460 started talking about school loan ,voice sounded like from India.Kept trying to talk about school loan or something like that. Told him I had no intention of nor interest in school and hung up. Then about 10 minutes later got another call from this # 7916649682 it sounded like same person ,tho not sure, this time telling me he had my application that I filled out for health Insurance, which I have not done.. I ended this call with telling him I was going to report this to the BBB.

they call and call but wont leave a message. They also are rude when you tell them to stop calling you.

This "Indian" guy was calling my daughters phone every 2 to 3 minutes for an hour, I got really mad and answered for her(she has yet to learn how to be rude and down right nasty)
 I called him an azz(and other things), I asked him how fu**in stupid he really was, I told him to call back when he learned to speak English and also gave him directions on where to put his loan(all this in one breath lol) He thought he could talk over me but he found out that you can't talk over a New Yorker, he hung up and has not called back in the last few hours.
 You really need to let these people know that you will not give any information, they will leave you alone because they need to find people willing to give them their life history and take them for all they have.

I receive calls from this number every week day, and they never leave a voicemail.  If you do pick it up, there is a lengthy silence, then solicitation begins.

This number has called me several times today and when i answer they hang up. When i try to call back, i get a busy signal.

When people like these scammers called me, they hung up quickly when I tried to answer the call.

I answered.  They asked for Charolette.  I said they had the wrong number.  They said ok and hung up.

i just got a call from this number and when i call back its always busy i would like to know how the hell these peeps got my number

this number is now part of a  nationwide calling sytem.  I have been harassed all day about a person that i  do not know from all over the nation with this number being part of it.

Received call at 9:30 am today, I don't pick up unknown callers and always check here first... Thank you all for posting here because it helps others to avoid obnoxious callers.

On callers like this, that are repeat offenders I save their number to a connect I have named scanners, then fiver their calls to voicemail.

Same thing they call about school loan then they call from another number and ask for a person who is not me. the other number was 932-274-4726. i have added them to my reject list on my phone. A**LES!

This is some collection agency for a pay day loan that I had long time ago I never paid. They try to hook you in saying you have been approved and then once they have your info they spring it on you that they are collecting. Dont fall for it, its just some scam.

The same thing just happened to me! I am at work so I missed the call. They didn't leave a message, so I called back and got a busy signal.

When you sign up for the big bucks at Publishers Clearing House and keep filling out site after site on your # goes to the these Indian spammers. If you have block on your cell phone use it, if not call your cell phone company. I'm sorry about the one up above I got in a hurry

These guys are foreigners (mideastern)that use bully tactics to try and gain personal information. They will continue to call until they get something.  They do originate from overseas regardless of the Troy ID. They are hoping top get your information to obtain credit.  A few different phone services do have call blocker or ID blocking devices not allowing them to call back from the previous number or ID. Unfortunately these folks do have plenty of phones and they are calling and harassing you like its their jobs,,,because it is.  Just ignore or block if you have the capability!   Goodluck!!!!   Just got second call from them in 20 minutes.

When I look up the Number, the white pages says the listed number belongs to a Heidi Depaul, no further info.

You people need to mess with these people more they are all scammers---play them at their own game! We have get a free textnow phone number and keep calling them back! You can get unlimited phone numbers --- we have been playing the TEAM AMERICA DURKA DURKA game with them - just repeat derka derka over and over to them etc...they get pissed its so funny ...we need to see how much of their time we can waste! Try it! Textnow is an app, its free and you get 5 free minutes to call any number!

I got this phone call on 3/11/13. Just filed a complain on the FCC website. If there are more people filing the complain, I think they will be forced to stop calling one day.

I have ben getting calls from this number for at least 3 days now I never answer the phone just send them to voicemail. So they called this morning i sent them to voicemail nothing then about 20 min later i get a call from the same number but it has a 011 befor the 5183280460. wow magicly they moved from new york to the uk. this is so werriod. Phone Detective says its a mobile phone but thats all because im not paying the $40 to find out more.

These calls come up when we are home.. It's got to STOP!
