And left me a voice mail, the first seconds were distorted, he had an Asian accent that sounded like possibly Korean. He claimed he was free the IRS, who I did actually call yesterday at the #800-829-1049, after waiting for at least 30 minutes to talk to a real person this man answered and he was so drunk he couldn't even work his computer!! Their were brief moments of coherent thought where he sounded like an old white son of a somebody, only by his arrogance, voice, and my ability to interpret drunk and translate it to failed politician. Anyway, I was on the phone with him for about 20 minutes and to make a long story short he was OBVIOUSLY as drunk as drunk gets without passing out!! It was crazy!!  And now the today the very next day Sean White calls claiming to be from the IRS!?!? Nope. Something is up because that 800 number is a legit number for the USIRS! I don't know about you but I don't feel very "secure" with my nations level of professionalism and as quick as those people will put you in jail. THEY SHOULD BE MORE MATURE THAN A 12 YEAR OLD GETTING WAISTED AND MAKING PRANK CALLS! What the hell IRS!? And I have yet to read a comment that has a follow up remark about any kind of action or results!!! What the hell FBI?!? So what now? Call that ridiculous automated hotline for the IRS and hope whoever is working today is just a smack junkie and can at least function in between nodding out every few mins????? I am very disappointed in our nation today. I called back immediately and got an automated message saying "press 1 to leave a voice mail, press star for(something I can't remember) I left a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction and after that i called back and the line was dead, or off the hook--booop booop. You get it, irrelevant. Apparently everything I've said so far is!!! If not, who is it that cares other than fellow citizens at the complete mercy of the country we live in, love, and are loyal to the death to, so looking at it that way lol I mean why am I even surprised that its all a big joke!? Lol I actually thought........ Ha, I mean just cuz I could be thrown in jail for tearing the tag off a pillowcase doesn't mean I can assume that is an indication of how tight security is. I Got a phone call from " Shaun White" today. I didn't recognize the number so i let it go to voicemail. He said i would be arrested at my home within 90 days if i didn't call him. i hope they catch this guy.

Got a call from that I was a reference number for a friend that would be arrested soon.  I never answered, but he left two different messages.  I love how he speaks horrid English!!  He called twice in one hour and gave different names.  First was Nathan Jones and the second was Mark Davis.  Usually people with such names can speak perfect English or at least be able to pronounce their names right.  Total scam....ignore the moron!!

I also received a call from that a***ole today on 2/4/2013, I just came home from work and this non talking motherXXXX telling me I am going to get arrested for check fraud and theft by deception, I laughed at him and told him to kiss my a**.  Then after laughing for a minute I got angry and started investigating and found this site.   I work for state and the city together, I am going to do something about this.  I think this s*** is outrageous and needs to stop.  They f****d with the wrong Bi***!!!

Got a call from 5185573412 and several other numbers after I applied for payday loan online. This went on all day, calling from different numbers, probably 10 or 15 calls. Man with Indian accent or Mideast accent leaves me threatening voicemails that this is a time sensitive matter and I have 90 days before officers will come to my "mailing address" and arrest me and take me to jail. When I called this # same voice answered and said he wanted my lawyer's name and phone #. Said he was from CFI, Criminal Fraud Investigations, would not give me names of companies involved or any info. Then when I told him I knew this was a scam, he started yelling at me and hung-up. These people are scammers, getting your info by hacking into info online. I regret applying for a payday loan because now nthey have my phone # again. I had changed my # 6 months ago because of this and didn"t realize they were getting my # online. Tell these people you know it is a scam and hang-up and have a good day.

This is good, I just got a call from him as well and I am gonna call him back, he is about to have it. I will give him a cup of his on chocolate, its gonna be funny, I couldn't even understand what he was saying...

This guy is hilarious and I really got him today!! Here's the long version... So he calls and leaves the dreadful message about my husband going to jail for 90 days and to call him back. I immediately googled the number and found it was a scam of course so I decided to wait for his call again and mess with him! He called today and asked for my husband by name. I said I was him. He swore at me and said he knew I was a girl and asked if I thought it was a joke. I told him no and said that I am mistaken as a woman often but that I was the person he was asking for. He laughed and then said to give the message about jail and the police would be here soon. I told him thanks so much because I was homeless and I was really looking forward to a free meal and place to stay. He hung up. I called him back from my phone and asked what law firm he worked at. He refused to tell me. I asked what area he was a district attorney in. He told me he wasn't one. I said the message he left me stated he was. His reply was "oh ya, I am". I asked to speak to his boss and of course he said he didn't have one. I told him that's a lie because all DAs have a boss, like the mayor for example. It's a government job. After numerous questions not being answered I then started to laugh and asked him if he was calling me on his magic jack line and if he had ever been smart enough to google his number. He sounded shocked. I said "you really should see what people are saying about you! The gig is up dude, I know all about you. You are a loser and are going to tell me I owe Capitol one. Let me give u a tip if u want to be successful, change your number, quit using Capital One as the debtor your collecting on, google yourself, learn about America and the fact that people here don't go to jail for a credit card bill, and know that if I'm doin 90 days in jail you are gonna be doing 5 to life in prison for being a thief so good luck". He actually listened to everything I said which surprised me. And then had he guts to say the exact words of "I will never get caught". Wow! Do not let him intimidate you! If you feel like having fun mess with him like I did. It wastes his time and saves someone else from gettin the call. I'm calling him back every day until he is out of service. I got a few voicemails from the same # saying he was from district court attorneys office about a lawsuit saying his name is Leo Fernandi... I'm thinking about reporting it to the police also... Who does this guy think he is? Wow

I almost went and got the money off a credit card and sent it to him that is how scared I was.  Until I talked to my local sheriff and they told me you cannot be arrested for non-payment of debt and told me that this has been going on a lot and do not send them anything.  I thought I was really going to have a panic attack.

They are also calling me from 614-536-0768.  And for me that is a local number.

This guy called my cell phone left a message the same as all the others.  That he was from the District Attorney's office and if I did not send him 971.00 with in the next hour and 30 minutes that I was going to be arrested by the sheriffs dept and would spend 90 days in jail and could not get out early.  I thought I was going to go into a full panic attack.  I have a good job and 4 kids and the thought of loosing it all scared me to death. Told me I was not allowed to talk while he was talking he would not give me the name of who supposedly was  having the warrant issued.  Said after I sent him the money I would get a packet in the mail of who it was.  The same guy that called left me a message was the same man claiming he was Shawn White but on my message said another name.  I called my local sheriff and they said it was a scam that you can not get arrested for non payment of bills and said do not send anything and to tell him if he calls back that I have already contacted my local authorities
.  Then I just looked up the name Shawn White and seen the phone number come up that I called him back at.  I called him and cursed him out and told him do not ever call back.

I received a call from this same number, who informed me that. he was with fci and that a  warrant would be issued for my arrest and that I would be put in jail due to non payment of pay day loans and medical bills. I honestly freaked out..
All I was thinking about was my two kids. I started telling the person that it must be identity theft of some sort and that I would not be going to jail for some s**t I didn't do. He calmly said that he would find out who was using my info, that he would remove my name and that he was sorry for bothering me.
I was curious about the number so I googled and found this site. This person needs to be stopped.
I found out a little info..the number is coming from Chicago,Illinois..The phone company is Ameritech and its in Cooke County

My mistake on second # 614-536-0768---that is a telemarketer---that one called me twice.

This guy has been calling me off & on for over a year with this # & also 614-536-0768.  Also, said had a warrant for my arrest & wanted my attorney name.  This guy can barely speak english.  Called me the other day once at 5:40 am and a day or two later @ 7:30 am.  I blocked him in the past but uses differant #'s.  

Said before was collecting on a debt, however never heard of them or the company, it was about writing a check????  I said to put it in writing because he was asking for too much info & I had never written a bad check. He was very argumentative.

That little piece of s--t called me with the same bulls--t. I called him back and told him to send whoever he wanted to send and to please come with them. this same little d****head has called me from 5 different #'s from different states and always with an unbelievable name that you know is bulls--t. I just call and report it to the FTC (federal trade commision) In fact I got another one calling from225 360 3576 and his name is Jack Lewis. If his name is Jack my name is Ghandi

I got a call today 01/09/2013 from 518-557-3412 first of all saying that I owed 750.00-couldnt tell me what company that I owed this to-saying that if i didnt pay today that i would be arrested from my place of employment or from my home address-today or first thing in the morning or within 90 days and that i would no longer be able to work and be incarasated for 5-7 yrs if i couldnt pay 25,000.00 once i went to court.  Then after some time talking to this indian guy from albany newyork- said that i owed for a capital one credit card for 300.00 and cash advance america for 456.00 first of all that doesnt equal to 750.00-hes off by 6.00- then after telling him that i dont even have a capital one credit card he said that he would take that off and i only owed for 456.00-and if i was to call this place that i supposedly owed this money to that they would know nothing about it but if i paid this money and then found out that i dont owe it then i would get it back RED FLAG_if this so called place knows nothing about it then how i would i get it back?- and that the FBI would be out looking for me and coming to arrest me-his name was David Williams-i only had a hr to call back and make this payment or otherwise he would submit the information over to my local court house and i would be arrested today or in the morning or within 90 days-so glad that we looked at this site-really had me shaken up for no reason-never been in trouble with the law-and if you owe money to  a credit card or with a loan then they would just put it on your credit report or they could even garnish wages-not arrest you!! hes a dumb prick-these people need to be stopped

Received a call from "Alex White" for someone named Randy. "Alex" claimed that he had previously left messages in regards to a lawsuit that has been filed and that it's under investigation, and you will be arrested "from your mailing address" with 90 days detention.

I see all these messages that seem to stop in November from people. Here it is two days before Christmas and this do***ebag is calling and harrassing me... Not only did this prick have my phone number and address, he had my F*****g social security #. Is anybody out there doing anything to stop this guy???

I had never been in any trouble with the law all of my 50+ years. my sister called the # and a lady answered saying none of them @ that #. Then a call from the # come in and when she answered they hung up. So, she called again & got a recording and left a message. A few minutes later a lady called sayin she'd got the message and that several other callers said the same and that She was going to report it to her phone company. My brother googled the # and reports say the calls are coming from overseas somewhere. But, when they are caught, I want my turn to scare the B'Jesus out of them.  By the way....."Happy Holidays"!!

I was on my way home when this crazy 518 # called! I let it go to voicemail since I didn't know the number. My voicemail transcribes my messages but it was so garbled & nonsensical that I had to listen to it. This foreign man, calling himself David Williams, said that he's calling from the District Attorney's office, that there is an arrest warrant out on me & I'll be locked up for 90 days. No real info or docket # or file reference #, NOTHING! I called & got the voicemail of Shawn White, also foreign. I owe nothing to no one & these fools need to be arrested. How is it this number can't be traced?! Really?! Ain't nobody got time for this!!!!!

I received a call this morning from this number, 518-557-3412. He was a foreign guy who barely spoke English. He said that he was calling from the Federal Crime Investigation Unit.  He stated that I had a bench warrant out for my arrest and that I was going to be arrested within one hour. He stated that I had 3 companies that have pressed charges against me. He told me that he did not have the company's names.. FLAG #1.  He said that he had to receive $200 immediately today in order to reverse the bench warrant.  FLAG #2. He heard my children in the background and told me when I am arrested, if no one is here to take care of the kids, that they would be put into the system. FLAG #3  The biggest thing that got me, was that he told me that I had to pay using a GREEN DOT card.  I could not use my credit card or my checking account.  At first, I was terrified of this guy, but once he mentioned the green dot card, I knew it was a scam. I told him that I had looked up the phone number online while I was speaking to him and that that it was a scam. He became very different and wanted to know what the complaints said.. but kept pushing the issue that I owed.  I hung up on him and called my local police, who told me to call the FBI, who told me to call the Federal Trade Commission.  They took a report and will do an investigation.  The Federal Trade Commission's # is 877-382-4357. The more that everyone reports this guy, hopefully it will stop.  NOTE: The FBI told me that if you have ever applied for a loan on the internet, that they have hacked into that system to get your information. Please report this to the Federal Trade Commission!! I hope I can help at least one person.
