I got a call from this number they identified themselves as TBS services I inquired why they called a gentleman named David Burke stated he was calling due to a fraudulent check issued by me in 2006. I asked that he explain to me what he was talking about he said it was a payday loan that was issued in 2006 I then stated I dis not apply for a payday loan and he stated that if I wanted to settle itover the phone right away all I needed was to supply them with my debit card. I stated I wanted to research this further and they told me they were gonna issue a summons for me to appear in court.

Calls but leaves no message.
