Multiple calls, before 8:00 am and after 9:00 pm as well. This is my cell phone as well as the land line.

Hi I went along with the caller to gain more info. There is a start up cost for this "get rich quick" scheme, they told me $252.16 to sign up. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!!! They seemed nice to me on the phone, but I felt something was fishy!!!

Several "companies" with the same type of make money on the side deal- this number and two others. I finally answered and start with not interested, remove my number- AND THEY ARGUE WITH ME! How do I know I don't want it if I don't know what it is? I am sure I do not want a shark in my tank! Thanks, have a nice life to you!

I got this call today first time. I answered thinking it was a student of mine. It wasnt he said Hey and then my name i said yes he then again said Hi and my name. He started rambling off stuff like google and visa mastercard and i hung up. I have no clue who they are but he knew who i was.

same here i got call form this number but i didn't pick up i dont know where they get my number....

i recieved 2 phone calls from this number today. the other day ive recieved calls from ANOTHER number, and a few days before that i was called from another number. the first number they guy said hed take me off the call list. then i started getting the calls from the second number, and when id answer theyd hang up. but whats interesting about THIS number, is the second time they called i answered, and they said "hi, J*******,....hey..J******* addressing me by my first name, as if they know me. I find it odd, since everyone else says they never get and answer. im waiting to be called again by these idiots so i can tell them im going to file a complaint with the ftc, and call the pd for harrassment if they dont stop.

anyone like me signed up for a sears credit card lately? I start getting "these" call not long after I signed up.

This person calls on a regular basis, before 8am and after 9pm Isn't this illegal?? Have recently put moth my #s on the DNC list but the calls haven't stopped. Any suggestions??

The reason these telemarketing companies call and ring twice is simple. They have a device that calls a half dozen numbers at once and the first to pick up shuts the other calls off. Also, I have ran trace on many of these numbers and found quite a few  spoofed numbers......their computers are able to make it look like they are calling from another number. So you should call the police for these calls. And also remember that the DNC list does NOT cover fundraising.

Whoever this is, they keep calling my cell phone. I don't know who it is and refuse to answer it.

I have received several calls on my cell phone number from 518-649-9888 The odd thing is that the first few times, it rang only twice, then hung up on its own BEFORE i could even answer, then seconds ago, they just called again, i picked up, said hello and they immediately ended the call. I have NO CLUE who where and why these calls are coming from but they could have bought my phone number off a list from an internet site i may have been to where they request a phone number to register. AND they called me at exactly 5: 15pm RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF DINNER, annoying buggers, I hope they arrest the people who are harrassing me and apparently many others as well, i was shocked to find this site and that the number was some sort of "scam", i'm simply not going to answer a number i don't know, they will have to leave a msg!!!

Why are you people not also turning this into local PD hang up calls are a form of harassment. And whoever is using this number is obviously breaking the law in t least two ways, they call people already registered with the do not call and they never answer when you pick up.

this number has called my house numerous times in the last few days.  I called it back to tell them to stop calling.  It was a 'thanks for calling the get-rich scheme network - press the number of the seminar you are interested in ... does anyone have any idea if this is going to cost me money?  It sure feels like a scammer!  It is certainly annoying.  D

got call from this number, not sure why, i never give out my true cell phone number when on the internet, im on the do not call list, i guess that really doesnt work, wish these calls would stop...

Called 3 times in one day to my cell (which is registered on DNC).  Did a search on www.411.com reverse number search and the number does not exist.

Be sure to reregister on the DNC on a yearly basis. It's not for life, you have to update your number every year.

Yes, I am getting calls on my mobile also. I have registered this as a "do not call" number. There is no option to talk to a live person to have them drop my number. I will make a formal complaint with teh registery.

I had looked on we web at some information on earning extra income working from home.  That company SOLD my name and cell phone number.  This is another one of those "extra income" companies hounding me!
