they called last night at 9:30 pm pacific time...sheesh!!

Hey guys,

Like everyone else, I was getting like 3 calls a day from this number for months. I never picked up because I don't answer the phone from non-local numbers I don't know; if it's important, they can leave a message on my voice mail, but TD Canada Trust never does.

Anyhow, I finally just picked up the phone 2 minutes ago and kindly requested simply that they put me on the do not call list.

The lady kindly obliged and apologized without any hassle, and even wished me a nice weekend and happy Canada Day.

So, I recommend just answering and requesting to be put on the do not call list!

Beats being called all the time!

This stupid number calls me about 5 times a day, it's very annoying.  
I think the bank needs a visit from me.

I never answer phone numbers I don't recognize, so I guess I'll just ignore it. *shrug* I don't even bank with them anymore.

I always receive these calls...I tell them I am to busy and that this is my cell phone so please stop wasting my minutes.  They then ask what is a better time to call at which point I said ummmm never because it will still be my cell phone.  The next day they called again so I answered the phone by saying "Hi this is TD Canada Trust could you please verify your name and account information because you owe me air time on my cell phone"...the person on the the line said ahh is this _______  _____? and then hung up on me.  I was so offended. lol

I get calls from this number several times per day. They never leave a message and there is no one on the other end if I answer...extremely irritating I think I'm going to ask my phone service provider to block this number...

This is actually TD Canada Trust calling.  Few things I wanted to address.

1) They don't leave messages because it is regarding personal information, like investments (i.e. GIC renewals), and who knows who is going to listen to the message in the household.  Would you want your mother in law to know that you have a $50,000 GIC coming up for renewal?

2) They can't take instructions from anyone but the personal they are calling to speak to.

3) They are not soliciting anything, just making their client's lives much easier by saving them a trip into a branch.  

4) And they only ask you to confirm your first and last name or address for compliance reasons.  (Mind you this information can easily be found in any phone book)

Then if IT IS TD Canada Trust calling you the "person" regarding RENEWING an investment wouldn't it be a polite thing to do but to LEAVE A MESSAGE REGARDING THAT!!!  instead of blank air ....

NO because your letting someone in the household know that you have accounts at TD Canada Trust!

I also got called.  9 times so far from this number, you answer and no one answer's. If important they can leave a message and they don't!! So annoying.... Day after day same thing!!

I've gotten three calls from them today but I haven't andwered because i'm out of town and dont want the long distance charges. So I googled the number and found this website... bummer.

Hello I recieved a phone call from them it is TD Canada Trust, after I got off the phone, I called the company by the number on the back of the debit card, it is a legitimate call. And both of the people I dealt with were very kind.

I get calls from this number EVERYDAY!  Often 5 times a day, until 8:30pm.  I don't answer and no messages are left.

Got a call from this number this afternoon. Thankfully................I have caller display and didn't answer it (didn't know who it was). I'm glad I googled this number and that someone put this post online to inform others.

it is TD  Canada Trust, they call me and ask for me by my legal name which I don't go by..

Just got a call. As it was ringing put the number into Google, found this site. Did not answer.

someone called me..woman voice..they said hello..and that was it and said nothing more..
