This phone number is registered from Iristel Canada. It seems that many of their numbers are like this because I get continual calls from 519-900-6168. I would suggest filing a complaint with Iristel.

Just got a call from 519-900-0828 in Vancouver, B.C.  I didn't pick it up, went to voice mail, then nothing.

Just had an incoming call from 1-519-900-0828, I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. I went Canada 411 and found that alot of people get calls from this number

This number keeps calling my line about every 5 mins, they have now called me 8 times this morning. There is nothing on the other end...

This is a prerecorded message concerning a scam about reducing your credit card interest rates.   It says to push 1 to talk to someone, and push 2 to be removed from their list.     As someone else has mentioned here - they obviously are just trying to get your credit info to scam you.

I answer. They hang up. Probably just wanted to leave a message on my voicemail. I call them back - a cell phone in Brampton ON, and get a message to leave a message if I am interested in lowering my credit card rates. Scamarama. As soon as the message ends another message says the user's voice mail box is full. BS all round.

I've had a call from 519-900-0828 this afternoon (Feb.14/11).  They obviously do not respect the DO NOT CALL listings.

I got a call this morning about 9:30 am.  I did not answer.

Call from this number at 8:30 AM in Vancouver.
Didn't answer - they didn't leave a message.
Blocking the number.

A call back to that number gets an answering machine that states it's a magicJack phone number. The voice-mail box is full.

I just got a call from 519-900-0828 today too, its same date, Mon., Jan.17 at 12:56PM I did not answer either

i got 2 calls ir a row from this # 1 519 900 0828,  just ignored it but "they" wouldn't give up until about 30 rings in each call.

I called this number back and it was about the Magic Jack.

Decded to pick this one up. Call about lowering interest rates on credit cards. Yeah. OK. Sure. I pressed 2 to be added to their Do Not Call list. Automated call using a recording; if I pressed 1 I'd have been put through to an agent. Thanks but no thanks.

I don't buy anything through unsolicited telemarketing. I call them to order, not the other way around. Though I will let you run through your entire script sounding all excited about your offer. When it comes time to put my money where my mouth is, I tell them "Oh I'm sorry. There's a big deal breaker here I just can't get past." When asked what, it is I answer, "I don't buy crap from telemarketers! Buh bye now."

Tying up an agent is the only way to get back at them.

Got this phone call today. Answered it and it was just dead air. So called it back to see what is was and after ringing for 3 or 4 times it just went to a rapid busy tone. No clue whats up, but hope law enforcement sticks it to them hard because im on the do not call list also.
