519-968-0174 calls my home number a lot...they are some sort of telecom company based in Windsor.

Bell Canada said they cannot block them. If you call this number, you will get options that all lead to the same result: leaving them your name and number. This seems like a scam of some sort. It is a shame these idiots cannot be shut down.

I got the same call, and called back and left a message telling them to take my number and my elderly parents number off their list, hopefully that'll be the end of this one!
