I too got a call about the car insurance thing after the woman said she needed some questions answered she hung up

They called me ove 15 times in 2weeks. I called them back and said I recent was look at new car insurance. I asked who they were and he said he was calling from a company called LCN.

I got a call today from this number saying they wanted to give me a quote on car insurance. They would not tell me what the company name was or how they got my number.

Show the card and phone numbers to the police as well. It may be related. You are right this sounds like a typical burglary scam. They are casing the place to see if/when people are home. Oh and if you are home all day, you need some sort of protection - it may be a home invasion scam as well.

I just had this happen to me yesterday in our new home in Tucson too! What color and vehicle? The man here was in a gold older model accord. I've also had VERY shady people lurking outside taking pictures & claiming (lying) that they were the property manager/ maintainer for the home prior to me moving in. They've been driving by & checking to see if I'm home every other day. Always in the day while my husband is at work. I reported them to the police. It's a burglary scam. PLEASE BE CAREFUL & get their vehicle plates to authorities!

This VERY same thing happened to me in Tucson. Closed on a home a couple weeks ago. I was in the kitchen when I saw a man get out of a beat up Honda, in a wife beater tank top, and drop a card on my door. The Compass card claimed he was trying to deliver something but he didn't have anything in his hands, nor did he ring the doorbell. He came specifically to my house & then left the neighborhood. What could they want? Very shady

SCAM!!!!

We just bought a home and got this "Sorry we missed you!" in the mail. I tried calling and was on hold a long time to be routed to a mail box that was full. Wondering about what it was I googled the name and found them on Yelp. Glad I found this site and found out just what it was. We live in Arizona so please everyone know that they are now in this area and do not call it is a scam!!! They have two numbers to call, one in Tucson 520 350 9571 and the other Phoenix 602 926 1638.

I too Closed on house last week, got  "1st attempt" notice today.  My numbers were different:

602 926 1638
and
520 350 9571

Master Planned community in Gilbert, AZ.

Delivered by Compass with some handwritten tracking codes at the lower left corner.
Guy never even rang the bell, I only got up because I heard the dogs barking, looked through the window and the guy was leaving... checked the door and seen this card with the numbers above.
