Just love my new Motorola Atrix 4G phone. I can teach it to recognize trash scam numbers like this and to send it directly to voice mail without ever ringing my phone. And, if these scammers leave a voice mail they have violated the DNC list criteria which therefore allows me to personally sue them for harassment.

Michael, I'm in very much the same situation as you. I get calls from countless amounts of these unrecognized numbers and there's no way to make them stop. I just wish I knew how they got my info in the first place. I would very much like to get them to stop but the do-not-call list does not seem to work at all.

This is a SCAM number, they claim to be a magazine distributor making sure you are getting them on time, then ask you to verify your credit card " the visa that starts with a 4"

This is a SCAM ring number, they say they have complaints about magazines not arriving on time in your area and then ask you to verify your credit card number " your visa card, the one starting with a 4 " Raiiight.

The phone rang twice and stopped before I got to it. Guess the caller got cold feet. Saved both of us time, as I don't answer for unknown or unwanted numbers.

They called me a few times, I finally answered thinking it was someone else, and they claimed they were from Publisher's Clearing House. Started asking me what credit card I use most often. Sounds fishy. I hung up.
