Energy savings program is not a scam its included in the gas bill for every home owner. It's a program offered behalph the gas company which is already included in the gas bill for every home Owens which is no more then $2 every month. We get calls from this number on a regular basis, but not every day.  It always shows ESA in the caller ID.  We ignore the call and any messages that are left.  Today I answered right away and hung up just as fast.  The didn't have time to say anything and I didn't have to listen to 4-5 rings. I, too, am on the DNC list.  What a joke that is.

I am on the do not call list and yet this number and the initials ESA appear daily on my caller ID.

Caller ID says ESA. They call a couple times a day. We don't answer.

Got multiple call from 520-494-3258; caller ID: 'unknown'. Last call at 8:19pm, 20-Jul-2011; caller ID; 'ESA'. No message left on answering machine so I do nto return the calls.

Theyve been calling me consistently for several weeks.  I did speak to someone once who gave that shpiel about the energy savings, but since we don't own the house - yet - I told her to call back in a year.  It hasn't been a year.  Tonight I tried to call them back.  It rings once or twice, then switches over to another ring and an automated message comes on: "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."  Good thing I didn't get more involved.  I will indeed send a note to the attorney general's office, but you know what good that will do.  I will also try to block the number from my phone.  Good advice.

This person keeps calling at least once a day. I am on the do not call list and I am not very pleased.

Every night I get a call from this number.  My caller ID just says Casa Grande.  I don't answer.  They don't leave a message.  They call every night and I'm tired of it.

Just got called from same number, which shows Casa Grande, AZ and name and number is listed. It was obvious that the person was nervous and reading from a script: "My, uh, my name is, uh, uh, my name is, uh, uh, uh, my name is, uh Darnell."  I told him, "Well, "Darnell, it took you an awfully long time to remember what your name is!"  He repeated it with more "uhs" but I asked to be put on the do not call list.  I could barely understand him as the phone was cutting out, but what I heard is consistent with what you all are reporting.

Got a call today from this phone number.  Yes they claim to be an energy saving coalition that wants to ask you questions so they can determine whether you are eligible for a state and federal government program that will cost you absolutely nothing to upgrade your home with energy saving items, e.g., windows.  I asked this young lady if it was "free" who was paying for it.  She told me the state and federal governments.  I said, "Well as a taxpayer in that case it isn't free is it."  She responded, "Well you might as well take advantage of it then."  I told her I would rather have these programs eliminated so my taxes could be reduced.  I then told her to please not call my phone again and hung up.

they don't ever stop calling my cellphone.  I downloaded Extreme Call Blocker and they're now BLOCKED. It's the only thing that works. I've reported them over and over but NO ONE cares!

INSULATORS AZ -- A scam that tries to get your credit card data. They're supposedly in the windows insulating trade--but are not. Report this number to Arizona Attorney General's office immediately!

It is a scam.  Do not answer it.  They claim to be the Coalition of Energy Savings a non-profit organization.  The real coalition is European and most defintiely does not come to the U.S. to provide assessments.  They are trying to get you to agree to their inspection and then charge an arm and a leg for insulation, windows, etc.  Just ignore it.
