I just received a call like this from 5205482486. They offer me a rate reduction or whatever. I got the option to "press 1" to talk to a live person. I pressed one and the line started ringing. After about 2 minutes, this guy "Todd" answers and when I tell him I don't even have a credit card, he hangs up on me.

These people should all be castrated.

missed a call from this number and am worried because ive gotten several calls like this... how are they getting my number???

I keep getting calls, but I don't answer because I do not recognize this number.  I finally googled it, and up came all of these reports.  I don't even have a cell phone.  I have an ATT pay as you go phone of which I have no idea how they got this number since I only use it rarely.  I never give my number out.
I would love to know how to stop these annoying and unwanted calls which are costing me money and wasting my time.

I keep getting the call as well. What's funny is, I don't even have a credit card. They have a lack of knowledge to even be able to tell if I in fact have a credit card. Rather stupid.

I just got this call. I work for a telemarketing business and also at the courthouse. So if they call again I will deff take it to the next step !

A recorded message from a "Tiffany" from "card services", who requested I contact them for lower credit card interest rates. I don't even have a credit card. I could tell it was a scam, or at least telemarketing, because they didn't identify their company, what card, or mention me personally.

Where are they getting our ceel phone numbers from. I now have them blocked so I dont even hear the phone ring.

I just did a google search of my # & clicked on the 1st link to see what it'd show - basically location the # is registered & some other minor details (landline, etc) anyway - that 520-548-2486 # called within probably 5 min of that. coincidence?

I also just recieved a phone call from them, they called from tucson arizona and what bothers me is that im 15! why would i need a credit change if i dont have credit?

and i live in pa with a cell phone, how in the heck do they get a cell phone number. its a scam.

Glad I looked this up first!! Just got a call from that number, I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. If they call me again, I'll answer identifying myself as Lieutenant something. That should get my number off their list real fast!! lol

Oh and I just found out the "company name" is BLUE LICENSES HOLDING, LLC out of AZ

Today, June 15, 2010, I got the same call but from 520-548-2503.  I knew it was a scam so I didn't press the number.  When I did a search I found this site.

I bet these people just type random numbers and see what they can get.

I just received the phone call, but missed it. Decided to check online and found this site. I had received a letter in the mail about one of my lenders for my student loan had their database compromised; I do not know if any of you are college students, and if this can be related?

I keep getting this call every other day.  I never pick up.

I just got a call also they said they wanted to lower my Interest rates on my V/MC. When I asked thru what card company they hung up. They started out by saying they were calling from Card Services, and that nothing was wrong with my credit card they just wanted to lower my Interest rate.....

I also got a call from this number and was hung up on... then tried to call back and just got a busy signal

This is not a telemarketing outfit its a scam. You wer're hung-up on because you didn't give them your information. They are calling from a Burn Phone

I also received a call from this number stating they were "Card Services" and that there was nothing wrong with my account, however I could be saving with a lower interest rate.  I then asked "What's the name of the outfit?" and 'Where are you out of?" when the girl on the other end hung up abruptly. Funny,  I though those were reasonable questions. I seemed the girl on the other end was more interested on asking me if I had more than $4K in outstanding debt then providing me the company's information.  The thing that bothers me was she called on my cell phone, which that was a violation of FCC rules.   If anyone has the company's contact info I am willing to pursue this in court if they did indeed violate the law.

I don't want any calls from this number.  I am irritated to be receiving them and will certainly never do business with them.

I also just received a call from this number, but I did not answer it because I did not reconize the number and they did not leave a message.

At 3:29pm also recieved call  on cell phone .Did not answer. Looked up;Is an Arizona #.

I just received a call on my work cell phone (not published) from this number. I thought I would play along and hit 1 to talk to a representative and patiently waited for an operator. They had nice "your call is important to us" standard messages/music playing. A guy by the name of Todd Blackwell or Todd Blackburn answered.  He explained that I am receiving this call because of my excellent credit history. He said that according to federal law once you make payments for 6 consecutive months you can qualify for a lower interest rate on Visa and Mastercard. He asked if I would be interested in a lower rate or if I pay off my card every month. I told him I pay it off everyone month and then he hung up.

a recorded message plays indicating i need to contact them immediately for lower rates on credit cards. press 1 for live person. i connect and polietely ask this number be removed from their system. i am hung up on. now why would anyone ever want to do business with them? when i try to call number i get a 'no mailbox on this system' message. frustrating!

OMG...its funny how they've just been calling a lot just within 2 hrs of difference, i had a missed call at 3:09 and I also looked it up and it said its from Arizona, but it would not give me any more details. I also called back but the line is busy all the time. I'm shore they just don't  have anything to do so they just want to see if they can take advantage of someone....so......BE CAREFUL EVERYBODY THIS IS JUST A SCAM!!!!
