No KIA head quarters isnt "outsourced" . They have their own offices,in the same building as CCAS,but the people calling are KIA employees.Thats why the 5207704732 number shows up.

Got a call from this number after filing a complaint about a dealership with Kia corporate. Guess they outsource that kind of support too.

I stopped to render assistance to a lady who was by herself on the interstate when her car died. I provided her with my cell phone to get her service now I am getting HARASSED from the 5207704732 number. Stupid people running the company dont have a brain to think things threw! I'd like to punch'em in the face just for being STUPID!
As far as the dipstick before me he just thinks it's great to build statistics! Screw you pal I only wanted to help someone in need not build a company ran by crooks.

It turned out to be from KIA headquarter or something... I emailed them couple days ago regarding some issues and they called me back today from this number.

This is an outsourced vendor that handles Roadside Assistance for a very large company, Cross Country Automotive Services (CCAS).  You will see this as an outbound number on caller ID whenever they call to tell you who, when etc for recently placed automotive service calls for Towing, Vehicle Unlocks, Jumps, Flats and Gas Deliveries.  They will also use that number to call you back the following day to ask what you thought of the services provided to you.  In most cases it is an automated system that only asks like 4-5 questions.  Were you satisfied with the service you received from your Provider?  Was the provider on time? If no how many minutes did it take the provider to arrive and begin providing services? etc.  This is used to create service metrics that will tell the company whether or not to keep using the provider that arrived to assist you.

CCAS provides services for cellular phone companies, insurance companies and auto manufactures as well as direct to the public.

I also sent Kia a message about some problems I was having with the dealership and this is the number they called me back on. I'm guessing that it's an answering/call service that multiple large (car related?) companies have outsourced some of their customer service work to.

I called Nationwide Ins (my car ins carrier)last week to get help and they came after about an hour. They called my cell and confirmed that assistance came and then again for me to fill out a phone satisfaction survey.  Now I am constantly getting calls from them asking if I have been assisted!!  How can I stop the calls?

Call back number from Roadside Assitance to confirm tow truck was on the way. I assume this is a sub-contractor for Libert Mutual.

I called for roadside assistance several days ago and all was taken care of, but I've gotten two calls from this number in two days. Didn't answer either.

I had an incident and called the original two truck company onstar sent and canceled it because a friend of mine who drives two truck could come sooner.  Well this man Bob calls me from this number and advises me that if there is any restitution for money I would be responsible.. well I canceled within 10 mins from the first call saying it would take 45 mins for the towing company onstar called to get me out of a dangerous situation.  This man called me repeatedly for about 10 mins back to back about 15 times. I was already shaken up and told him that and he was persistant and harrassed me.  It was pathetic.

I actually did call for roadside assistance tonight.  (My insurance provider is Amica, in California.)  This was the number that popped up on the caller ID when the return call in to let me know who was coming and how long it would take for them to be here.

I'm thinking any unexpected calls from this number are probably because the insurance company got an incorrect telephone number???

I recd a phone call from this number at 3:45 am on my cell phone! Googling it-people are saying it is arizona roadside assistanace. Weird, because I am in Texas. I guess it was an accident???

I got a call from this number at 9:45pm last night.  When I called the number back I got a message saying, "Thank you for calling roadside assistance.  The number you have reached is for outbound dialing only..."
