So I keep having the Same calls they are calling me tellin me that my SS number is under investigation and that the sheriff will be at my door and also go to my employment, they said they where from Anderson law firm and that I could call them to take care of my case before they took leagal action the number that they call from is 786-220-3387 if anyone has comments please share!!!!!

I got a call from this guy david too omg they really need too get a life n stop calling ppl.

Same issue as above Indian dude threatening me with a law suit. I cursed them out and kept calling them back and cursing them out and they were cursing me out as well and I called so much that they blocked me. problem solved.

My husband had an Indian guy call him stating he had got a payday loan and never paid it. Then another guy called a few days later saying he was with the state police. I asked his name and badge number then called the state police. He was not an officer.  When I called the guy back and told him that I knew it was a scam he hung up on me.

I've been getting phone calls from the same number...951-226-5638, threatening me with losing my job, having the sherriff come to my place of employment, etc. Not only has this idiot been calling my cell phone, but I found out that he tried calling me at work!!! What can be done to get this to stop?!?!?!?! I have no intention of talking to this clown or calling him back! I've seen where some have notified the BBB and the FBI about this. Just wondering if this has eliminated the calls they were getting.

these clowns called me at 8:10am EST on sat 5 Jan 2013 (951-226-5638)....its a cali number which means it was about 4 am their time..... I missed the call but they left a voice mail. the voice mail said they were a law firm calling about a law suit filed against me.... they had my last 4 of my social so I got nervous but also thought something didnt sound right... for 1 the man on the phone identified himsefl as "micheal brown" and he clearly was from overseas (india or something) due to his horriable english.... 2 what law firm in cali is conducting business at 4 am on a sat? 3 what law suit that you know of that I do not? and lastly in the voice mail he said to contact him ASAP or as he put it " if you do not contact us... good luck and you will finally get what is about to unfold in front of you" WTF kind of lawyer would leave a message like this???? so naturally I was pissed... I called back after several times I finally get an answer.... the man identifed himself as a lawyer at so n so law firm... i asked him who he was and why was he calling my phone? he was imidiatly rude... he looked up my info with my phone number (strange to me!!) then proceeded to inform me he needs to speak to my lawyer.... ummm what? what lawyer? he said for the law suit filed against you? i asked him what law suit... from whom? he got pissed asked me if i knew about this law suit which i said i dont and i asked again law suit with whom? then he said i kept intrupting him and he told me **** YOU and hung up.... by this time i was really pissed so i called back and he kept ignoring my calls. I am going to contact the general trade commission and file a complaint prob will not do much but this is crazy.... who are these people and how did they get my info.... and what do they want??? i think selling peoples info should be illegal and should be prossicuted to the full extent of the law!!!!!!

Got a call from them today...with threats!! They are still calling! We also just recently had someone steal all our money from bank account... From cash on the go...maybe there is a connection with these two.  I hope they are caught soon. ;(

They call me at work periodically.  The first time they freaked me out completely, said that I owed money a payday loan company I have never heard of.  I asked them to please send me proof of the debt in writing, and they said they didn't have to, and were going to "blacklist my driver's license"??? They asked to talk to my boss, luckily she just blew them off.  Then they called me at home and my husband proceeded to scream into the phone until they hung up. About 6 months later they called me again at work, two or three times in a week before I finally cussed them and told them they were wasting their time they are never going to see a penny of my money.  The last time was two days ago, and I told them that I didn't work there anymore, they have the wrong number, and i can't understand them.  This made the guy so mad he called me a c***---- mother------.  I told him I was recording the call and had contacted the police and he hung up.  Once they figure out they can't scare you into paying something you don't owe they will quit....for a while....I called the Better Business Bureau and they confirmed it is a scam and said to just hang up every time they call.

look for a week now i have be receiving calls from people saying that they are from anderson law assoicates telling that i need to contact a lawyer named Mike Anderson.  When i talked to Mike Anderson i asked him who the company that i supposably got a loan from a company named chutiya.com.when looking this website up there was nothing that came up. all that kept coming up was the meaning of this word chutiya.com meaning "idiot or fool" the word from pakistan.  the phone that they are calling my from is 951-977-1365. i called from my job to the police department and told them that is happing. i called my bank and they said that there was no money take out or put into my account. they said that they would watch my account close now. they also told me that i should come in and close this account and reopen another one. i also went ahead and called this company back and got this address from a man name brandon gilbert. this is the address they gave me 240 chulla vista Drive Los angela's, Ca 94422. then i told him not to call me phone no more and disregard my informastion that they have and that i know this was a fraud and that if they called again i would have my friend call the fbi since he is a police officer. the man on the phone got really quit and they told me "o ok" .i hope i will not get any more calls. i will post again if i do. i hope someone see this before thay get someone money.. good luck everyone

I got a call from these jokers..same as above heavy Indian accent..Well when I returned to call I already had an attitude bacause I knew I had done nothing wrong..This indian guy named Bryan..gave me sooo much attitude..He told me to hold on and the "lawyer" came on the line and hung up..I called back several times but the call keeps getting disconnected go figure...The message they left on my phone said I was going to lose my job and so on .. this is too much

This morning i received a phone call to my cell from some indian man saying his name is Jack Realson from Anderson & Associates that if me ir my attorney dont returned his call back that he was sorry and that he wished me good luck and said "God bless you" so i called back and all i could hear in the backgroung was a women voice shalf asleep saying "hello" and hung up. Then half hour later i called back and spoke to a secretary from the actual law firm and she stated that i received a called from a scam random guy that was trying to get some $$$$ from me so now im taking this recorded voicemail that i save and taking it to the FBI.

I received a call from this "company" yesterday and then again at work today. I reported to the FTC as it appeared to be a scam. They wanted money within the hour and would not tell me to whom the debt is owed. The FTC advised to not return their call. Any updates from anyone else would be appreciated, Do they continue to call or give up?

What ever happened with this? did they continue to call? They are calling me, but have no information.

Same thing just happened to me today and I could barely understand the guy and he did know a lot about me.  I know it is a scam, but the scary part is what he knew about me too.  I ended up hanging up on him and when he called back I didn't answer so he left a voice mail telling me that I had thirty minutes to call him back or I would lose my home.  I own my home and don't owe anyone for it.  I am sure it is a scam, I hope noone listens to it or falls for it.

Yes, I also received a call from a loser Daniel Walker and also someone called Eric Foster.  They have terbile Indian accents and shame on them for doing this to us.

I got the same call. They call me about 20 times a day and when i got to call back i can only get through at a certain time like right after they called me. The said that there is legal action against my social security number and that me, my employer, and my references would force to come to court. He never really said what it was for. First her said something about a payday loan that i never paid. I ask for information and he hung up on me. I talked to him today and told him i looked them up online and it said they were a scam. He got so upset he started cussing at me told me if i didn't pay then i would go to jail and if i was done to go to hell. He said his name was Kevin Black,I also got a call from Scott Snyder and also a Kevin Watson. All american names but they all have middle eastern ascents or somewhere out there because its definitely not american. I can barley understand any of them. They called from 786-275-5079 and 845-760-0920 and 347--380-8985. It i also have got strange calls from single digit numbers like the number 8 only, the number 108 and also this weird one +91 97-68-7258. I kid you not they show up on my caller id just like that.

O they told me they were out of florida, and then tried to charge my credit card, too bad for them I blocked the card so the credit card company called the police to investigate

Thank you all for your comments they have helped take a load off of my mind! I received these calls and they sounded like a scam from the get go. I am more concerned with the personal information they have than with the call themselves to be honest. They had my social security number,address,phone number, birth date and previous home address!wtf! I must say though I had a ball informing them that not only did they call me in a one party state, but that I had informed the authorities and given them all of the numbers they'd called me from.Anderson Law Associates my a**! GTFOH with this bullhsit!

I have had the same people call me at work, friends, cell number and continue to harass me . First they were a law firm from California and I was going to be served papers and filed against my social. Now they have moved to a law firm from Miami by the name of Anderson Law Firm. I got the address and called the law firm which told me that this too was a SCAM...

Hello the same thing has been happening to me about four weeks now. I was very afraid at first but when they gave me information about the lawsuit it did not match up. When they called had my ssn, banking acct num, and address this really freaked me out so I immediately changed all my stuff that I could and made sure my information was changed that I could.

Scammers... nform them you are wavng your rght to not have debt collecters calng you at your work and that f they contnue to call you wll document ther actons for your laywer to fle a 'far debt collecton volaton' lawsut aganst them .... my 'eye' button doesnt work, sorry... but ths tme of scam (msrepresentng themselves, lyeng, callng you at work are worth $1,000 per volaton)

I have been getting called at worked from a Attorney named David Jones with a heavy accent they asked to spek to my boss and said that they will call my job every day but when I asked why was he harrasing me he didnt want to tell me. Then some other guy got on the phone and said I had a suit against me and that he needed to speak to my lawyer I was like you can tell me what the problem is they were so unprofessional didnt want to give me any information on a case that is suppose to be filed against me. The guy David stated that I was going to be arrested on three counts but I couldnt make out what they were then when I asked for info on where he was calling from he gave me info but got real mad that I told him I was going to look him up. They asked me to send a copy of my ID along with some other documents I declined he got mad. I know if they keep harrassing me at work this will cost me my jopb I've asked them to stop but he said he will call every day until he speaks to my boss or my lawyer I dont  know what to do
