They call with an automatic calling. You don't have time to write anything down BUT their phone number. When you call to ask who they are and what company they are with they are very rude. Asked for my name and private information but wouldn't give me theirs even when I said I wouldn't give my name until I knew who I was talking to and what company I was dealing with. Said that I should know what this call was about. Had no clue they were a collection agency until I got here.

Refused to say who they were when I called them.  The call went to an answering service,per the operator who answered, I told her I wanted to know who the company was, she wouldn't answer me and said nothing and transferred  me.  Very rude and obnoxious woman answered said give the reference number, I won't talk to ANYBODY who won't state there company and name first.  I let the lady know this and she was really nasty and aggressive, hung up on her, she called back and said she would call me over and over again till I said who I was first.  Told her to mail me information regarding whatever matter she had and hung up on her again, I still didn't give her any data because she REFUSED to identify herself first.  The reverse look up shows an unpublished number.  I can tell you they are pukes, whoever they are.
