This person calling left a message saying that I left my phone number on his car window for a hit and run. His voice sounded very creepy. I did not hit any car. I don't know if someone left my number or if this is a scam call. Number showed up as US number and I didn't pick it up.

Just got a call from this number and they said they were calling to cancel my delivery. then hung up...

Received call from 530 619-3038 answered it "Investigation and Fraud Dept" and got hung up on very fast!!!!...guess I confused them....try it....

This number just called me 5 minutes ago... Had called several times in the past but missed those calls. Regardless, guy tells me that my credit card was declined at the gas station and that I took off without paying. I started laughing at him as I noticed the number came up as California, a place I have never been. I tried to explain I live in Atlantic Canada and have never been to California, but he started to get pushy. I told him off and hung up. Funny thing is, if these guys invested as much time in a legitimate line of business as they fo in arranging to scam people out of money, they'd still be very successful. A$$holes.

Took a call from "Microsoft Technical Support" advising my computer has been showing unusual malware activity. It was hard to understand with the heavy Middle Eastern accent but all the same, I laughed at him and told him to try his scam with someone else. Not sure how well he received that message as I hung up before he could reply.... What a moron.

Called me asking how I got his wifi password lol

Another harassing call from COLUSA CA.  This time an unintelligible voice was there when I said hello.  We've gotten these calls once or twice a day for a week.  They have crossed the line from telemarketing to harassment.  Our phone is tied up when we get these call so real calls cannot get through.  

Filing complaints with the FTC is of no value since the FTC does absolutely nothing about them.  I want congress to stop funding the FTC until they start doing their job.  I am sure that I will never see that drom the people in Washington District of Corruption

An internet search on COLUSA CA shows that Colusa California is the county seat of Colusa County in California.

Calling 503-619-3038 gives the message that this number is not in service.  

Have been getting calls from this number for days but never answer.  Decided today was the day I would.  Indian sounding man said he was from Microsoft and my computer had a dangerous virus.  When I told him I didn't have a computer he mumbled something and hung up.  SCAM!  These people need to get a job and stop harassing those of us who do work for a living.

I have received call from this number claim that my computer is infected with a download virus and that they need me to turn on my computer so they can fix it. I told them that I don't have a computer or the internet ( Which I do, but they don't need to know that). I tell them that I am on the national do not call list , which I am and they still keep on calling me. I have even tried calling them back and the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected all in a few minutes after hanging up with them. On Sunday 2/9/2014 I got the same number and they said that they are calling from the world trade center in New York City. When I told them that would be a neat trick since the WTC was destroyed in 2001, they got very hostile towards me and told me that I was the one that called them.
Both times they sound like middle eastern people, How do I stop them from calling me?

If the Bozo that called us this morning is in California it was 0450, yes, that is 4:50AM!, there when the woke us up at 0750 this morning wanting to fix our computer problems.  Too bad the FTC does nothing about theses unrequested and illegal calls.  I can only think that the lawbreakers are paying somebody off in Washington District of Corruption.

Received a phone call November 4th, 2013 from this number. 08:42 . Let it rang 2 , phone when silent. Did not answer. Call came from california says Canada 411.

I'm searching a handful of these types of numbers on my lady friends computer.
HP Hewlet Packard sold her an advise service and ever since then these numbers
have been coming up. Obviously someone inside their group has "forwarded" the
list the their confederates (I doubt it's HP) and people who are computer  novices
are ripe for selling more services based on BS.

Must be better than the lottery ticket scams of the eighties.

Got a phone call from a foreign speaking man about 7:20 this evening.  The man said he was from Windows and my computer was sending out error messages.  I told him I had heard his scam before and hung up on him.

Yes, this has been happening for MONTHS to a lot of folks in the Townships of the Province of Quebec.  So dam**d annoying!  They just won't stop and there doesn't seem any way to avoid them.  I don't answer, but the phone constantly ringing is driving me nuts!  Our 'no call' list seems to be totally useless!   These 'foreign sounding' people keep insisting that there is something wrong with our computers and then they will send a rep along to fix the problem.  - Some people must fall for this scam, otherwise they wouldn't still be calling people.  :(

These yahoos just called me a few minutes ago, I immediately knew they were fishy especially when he being the "Microsoft tech" gave me wrong information... I hung up, he called back and I hung up on him again... Sounds very much like the yahoos who called me a couple months back telling me the federal government issued me some grant money for my personal use...

Called telling me that there is something wrong with my computer. I said that I am too busy to talk. He said that he would call back at 1:01. Weird.

call from 5306193038 wanted me to run team viewer so could get into my computer. I told them nonoe toushes my computer but me they went off the phone.

They said they were from Microsoft.  Same fake story as the rest.  Then said they were a vendor from Microsoft.  Wouldn't give a company name.  I asked for a manager.  He started cursing at me any saying he would sexually attack my wife.  Very profane.  Very much a scam.  Is there anything that can be done?

I received many calls from similar phone numbers and wish these calls to stop, either we answer or just take the phone off the hook they hang up on us. They have been calling at least twice a day for the last week and this is annoying especially being woken up by a stupid phone call early on a Saturday morning. I have no name for these callers but the caller IDs all starts with V204, V205, V206, V207 followed by a series of over 20 numbers.

Got a call fro them too and I also live in canada, they called at 8:20 in the morning as well never answered since number looked suspicious

Got this call today. He told me to turned on my computer and he will try to fix my window. I said I am not with my computer. He said he's name is Charlie working for Eagle protection service and left 614 388 9093 for me to call him back.After I did some research I knew is a scam I never call him back

Again they phoned,only to hear my answering machine message,before hanging up.Name on the call display is,dheeraj.....

When I said I was surprised they were still trying the windows scam, the heavily accented male made a very rude, explicit, and profane comment.  He asked if I would like to speak to his manager, and when I told him what his employee said he asked me if i was interested in him.
