They hung up on me..

This "SMART A$$" keeps calling me and asking me for the owner of some eBay Company by some guys name I do not know.
My number is a NEW landline number through TMobile at home service and I am sure it use to be this other guys number.
THE PROBLEM IS:
I explain this over and over to these people and the guy said that they would keep calling and "investigating".
So, I called my local Police Department and they came over to talk to me.
Since these people are not in my state, they are in Chico California, I cannot get a harassment warrant for them, but I can have a report made for the future AND call my phone company to report the harassment.
IF YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA PARTICULARLY CHICO CA "PLEASE" GET A HARASSMENT WARRANT TO HELP STOP THIS!
