start filing complaints with the do not call registry (assuming you are registered). in the comments section tell them to use the NSA, who are always listening, to find them.

Forget about getting removed from this callers list. Better off pressing one and blowing an air horn in the phone.

I have been getting calls from them for 13 years - over 2,000 of them. They want to transfer credit card balances to a "low interest" card - low interest until you are late once, which they will make sure you are, even if you pay the bill the day you make the charge. Then your rates will go through the roof.

FOR GENERAL INFORMATION, the names I have had them go by are "credit card services" "card member services", "Rachael from..."

back when this started - and BTW, the caller id numbers are almost always different, and spoofed - I was getting 8 calls a day between two different numbers.

Once when traveling from NY to NC, I got a call  on my cell, every time I crossed a state border.

I have spoken to the people at the Do Not Call registry, and the FTC, which is also involved in telemarketing calls. I was told there is a bulletin board on the highway, asking for any information about
Rachael, please call their number.

Lately, and given the latest news revealed by Mr. Snowden, when I report this stuff to the do not call registry, I add in the comments section, to have the NSA use the hardware and software WE have paid for, to locate these and all the other telemarketers that are annoying us.

As far as I can see, the "Do Not Call" registry is just another waste of money government agency, that has done nothing of real importance. However, this is not the place for anti government rants.

Yes, the gov't needs to crack down on this. So stop wasting your time on this website and write to your congressman. These people use a method called 'switch number' so you can't identify them. They are called 'phone hobbyist'.  I don't know about you but I have never heard of this kind of HOBBY. It's really an identity theft scam.  It needs to be illegal. WRITE TO YOUR CONGRESSMAN.

I keep getting a call from 540-351-2874. I am on the do not call list. What good does it do to be on this if they keep calling. Who is the company behind this number. Stop calling me.

Why are these people allowed to call when you are on the no call list!! Something about lowering my credit card rate I have no credit card and am only 16!

Call today and yesterday around the same time. I did not answer. As others have said it must be a telemarketer!

Today was the second time I've got a call from this number. Who ever it is does not leave a message.I put the number in my cell phone and for the name I put in SCAM/SPAM.The next time they call this will show up on my Caller ID and I will know it is an unwanted call!!! I do all numbers this way so that way I won't waste MY TIME.

The number calls my cell phone and both numbers in my home literally every day. .. so I get three calls all about lowering credit card interest rates. I press for an attendant and day take me off the list they say ok and hang up. Next Day same calls.  You call back and get a busy signal. I am on the Do not call list for every number they call. Absolutely ridiculous.  I don't answer my phone anymore and the machine answers and there recorded message is either on the tape or the loud beep beep of the hang up. So glad people are held accountable to the law!!. Not!!!!

I receive these from all over the country. When I speak I state remove me . they hang up! Track them fine them, that may get the gov't out of debt?!

I don't answer the calls anymore when I don't recognize the number calling me.  When I have pressed 1 to speak to someone then I ask to be removed from their list they hang up on me.

multiple calls from this number so I hung on the line to speak to a rep.... he got very belierant and started cursing me.. I asked to speak to his supervisor to which he replied.. go **** yourself with a carrot!!
I was astounded.. stunned speachless... he repeated it over and over and called me many unrepeatable names.. and then hung up... of course I tried to call back to get  asupervisor or a company name. But the number is not dialable from the outside!

Check with your cell phone provider.  Verizon allows us to block up to a certain number of calls at one time.  Unfortunately, the blocking only lasts for 90 days so you have to renew but it's helped a lot.  I too m SICK AND TIRED of these people!  When you actually talk to someone and ask to be removed, they hang up on you.

It's from a company who claims you can reduce your student loan interest rates (similar to the ones we get that claim "it's your LAST CHANCE" to reduce your credit card interest rate").  It asks you to press 1 if you're interested.  This time, when I did that, it hung up on me (probably just verified my number).  In the past with these other companies when I've pushed "1" and asked to be removed, they've all hung up on me.  The only way to stop them is to block their number.

They constantly call my cell.  I don't answer unknown numbers while at work. I see from this site it's telemarketers wanting to lower my interest rate.  Well I have no debt so I don't need my rate lowered....but tired of the calls.  My cell phone is for business and family/close friends.  Telemarketers are none of the above.

Got a call from this unknown #  just let it ring... sometimes I have pressed 1 to talk to their "friendly" rep. then have a very loud whistle that I blow in their ear. I am on the "do not call" list for home phone and cell my question is who is in charge of the list and why can't we get this insanity to stop I have not heard of any charges or fines being administered.  So as usual someone getting paid for doing nothing on probably our tax dollar.  Sorry had to vent.
