Some idiot named Joe called from some unheard of company Mercer regarding Health Care. When asked what type of company it is, he hung up on me. Not realizing i had caller ID, i called back. Good ol' Joe answered the phone "hello this is Joe". Not once did he mention the company name in his greeting which happened to be very unprofessional. If the name of the company is legit, then one of their offices is in San Francisco. I could walk there and smash his face into the phone he called my office from.
There is an article in today's Examiner that reads "Violating Do Not Call registry isn't guarantee of punishment"! What a bunch of crock! People please be weary of calls asking for the person in charge or calling from some far our area and you know for a fact that they are soliciting. The worse the economy gets, the more of these fictious companies emerge. As long as they provide their number, its free for us to call them back and give them the same grief they have given us on numerous occasions.
