I received a call from this number 1-540-834-4453 on my cell. It was a computer saying it was an important call for (MY FULL NAME)wanted me to push #1 to conform my name and then wanted my S.S#.....WHY and who is doing the asking.

I RECEEIVED TODAT THREE CALLINGS FROM THIS NUMBER 540-834-4453, AND I DON'T BRING ANY RESPONSE. THIS IS VERIZON PHONE LINE LOCATED IN FREDERICKSBURG, VA.

i keep getting calls from this number like 10 times a week and they keep asking for my dead grandma who died about 5 years ago

This number calls me at least once a day and of course I'm the type to not pick up if I don't know the number. Today they actually left a voicemail for the first time but they just hung up!

I have had this same problem. It must be a third party bill collector. There is never any message associated with the call when it goes into voice mail. I've just simply entered it in my phone under a unique name so that I don't get fooled into picking it up when it rings.
I am unable to identify this number by any reverse look up.
