They have called my cell a few times. Assuming Verizon sold them my number, as it is a new number. They are on my reject list now. Pretty annoying that cell companies sell our numbers to these idiots. I never answer unknown numbers so they are wasting their time.

Survey
Called for the second time knowing they are calling me on my cell phone to take a 5 minute survey. For the second time I told them I am not interested. The insisted it was "really important". I gave them 2 more "I am not interested" responses and hung up.

Survey
Called my cell phone even though the # is registered on the do not call list. Something about a survey for cell phone users. It was automated.

If the NSA wanted to do something useful with all that phone data they are collecting, they should track down the telemarketers and put them out of business.

It doesn't.  The Do Not Call List is a ruse put into place to make the public think that someone was doing something about annoying telemarketer calls.

To you employees of call centers who want us to be nice because you have a job there.

No.

Get a decent job that doesn't involve harassing other people all day and night long.

It's not our fault you took a job that should not exist.

Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are.
The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

EVERYONE, WE BUY YOUR NUMBERS FROM YOUR CELL PHONE PROVIDERS. Technically it's not illegal.  We have a system that dials the numbers from a network of existing telephone exchanges through out the country. Therefore, we have no idea who we are calling, whether it be a unlisted or public number.

I currently work there. The surveys vary in topics and lengths. It is broken down to how you answer the questions. The results, they say are used for various things but I personally have not once seen them put to any use. A lot of times the employees can pick the surveys apart because, in a lot of cases are repetitive and defeat their own purpose sometimes. We are told to say your numbers are randomly generated, in reality they are bought. No machine can knowingly call a house or cell phone. They are all scripted and we can call either house or cell phones based on how we clock in. Numbers are bought from other companies like delivery services from our main office in Princeton NJ and given to us to call. I hope this helps. :)

P.S Most of the employees hate working there (including me) if it makes moods better you can be angry and do a survey and we can be angry were there and not doing what some of us may have went to college for. Its mutual feelings.

As someone who works there and hate the company probably more than you do. The list only applies to telemarketers and people trying to advertise to you. Call us and MAKE THEM put you on our list. I am really trying to help you out here.

One final thing, I tend to follow the guide lines for removing people out of our calling system, but when I get a real REAL A**, I get the best thrill out of putting you back on the list if you don't say the right words in the right order (that is how specific we have to be)

I also work at Princeton and I am pretty sure I can speak for everyone who works at this place, we all HATE talking to you all. It is very rare we talk to anyone who we can say we enjoyed talking to. We buy our numbers and we also have no control over who is called who is not. We, or at least most of us follow strict protocol for setting callbacks. If it helps I am looking for a real job and can't find one in my very demanding field and I have to make some kind of income. On top of that I hate talking to you all way more than you will ever hate talking to me, trust me. Management is garbage to. Can't wait to quit this job if that day ever comes.
