I'd love to know where to report these telemarkers. I too am on the no call list and had a call from this number on 4-3-2012.   It is very irritating they even have my cell number.    I feel there are companies who are selling the numbers after we give it to them (Even though I always ask if they really need it and not to pass it on or sell it, such as my bank).    Recently more of these calls are coming through and I just did a refin with my bank who passed it on to underwriters, appraisors, title company.   Someone in this group sold it, I am sure.   Errrr.   Wouldn't it be great to sell ALL THE SCAMMERS and TELEMARKERS numbers to someone who then auto dial them all day and all night long?

I too am on the DO NOT CALL list but they continue to call!!

I got one from this number this morning and I live in Corvallis, also left no message. I haven't called it back. The number says it's from Milton-Freewater OR. If anyone finds out who/what it is would love it if you post it here

This number calls me all of the time. I have never answered and they have never left a message. I mostly just ignore the calls and the fact that they are calling.

Double weird. I live in Redmond as well and also got a call from this number.

Got the call today at 10:08 am answered the call no one answered, I live in Waldport Oregon , it was an Oregon number... i know lots of people in oregon, I been on the DO NOT CALL LIST for a long time now...im thinking about returning the call to them over and over and over so they get the point NOT to call me EVER again!!!! Will give an update with their response.

Just got a call from this number also, and they left no msg.  I'm in The Dalles area.  Glad I looked the number up on here.  I like Joseph's idea for an app!

Oregon area code, so I answered it, because I know a lot of people in Oregon.  All I heard was a man's voice on a recording, "Hello!  You have been --" and that's when I clicked "End."

Somebody please oh please develop an app that will harass these people like they harass us.

The number is a telemarketer in Eugene.  Are you on the do not call list.  If so, you should report it.

I answered and it's "WCF", whatever the hell that is!?! I get calls from them on both my cell AND home phone from ALL OVER the country EVERY FREAKING DAY!!! This time, it was a recording that told me that everytime I answer in put into a drawing for $100 (Monday-Friday) and $1000 monthly or quarterly? It's pissing me off because I'm on the do not call registry and have been for 3 years and just renewed a month ago because of this harassment!

I got 2 calls at the same time on my cell from thid number.  No messages and only identified as "OR  USA"

I got a call last night on my cell too.  Didn't answer, didn't recognize #.  Didn't know it was from Milton-Freewater til I read these comments.  Someone should answer so we'd all know who it is.  Telemarketers wanting to sell something!!

Saw I missed a call from this number. Found out it is unsolicited telemarketer registered in Milton Freewater, Oregon. I am on do not call lists.

I did a reverse look up and this number has been identified as a Telemarketer; I'm on the do not call list as well....

I got a call from 541-203-0694 and didn't answer.  Called back from a landline and got WCA Subscribers Service, only a recording answers and gives you the chance to enter a number to unsubscribe.  Hung up.

Saw this number on my home phone caller ID. I don't know anyone from this area. It was from Milton Freewater Or.  I live in Springfield Or. Got the call at 9:38am on 3/2/12. Haven't try to call back but I will and will report back if anything..I called back and it said my subscription has been removed from the data base.I don't know what that means. I do have a subscription to national geographic kids that I forgot about and maybe after 2 issues they decided to cancel it. This is all I can think of.

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer it. No message left.

I got a call from this # on the 28th as well, just shortly afrter 8pm, did not answer it and they left no message. But the day after i got a call from my bank saying that my account had been comprimised in the same area as the # came from. COINCIDENCE? I'm thinking major scam!!

This number called me at 9:10 am today.  I answered and didn't say anything and heard a beep.  It is probably just a scammy caller.

This no. called my cell also leaving no msg. I called the no. back from my landline vs my cell. You geet an automated msg. that says, "your subscription has been cancelled & your name has been removed"! This does not pertain to me nor my cellphone in any way. I find it interesting that you can callback from a landline. Gotta be spam...

Received a call from this tele# but did not answer it as I am getting calls from all over the nation.  And no one from this tele# or the others leave messages.  Very strange.  Do not trust anymore people who call from these numbers and leave no messages.  I think there is way too much scam out there!  I now have Lifelock Ultimate  :-)

That is so weird, I got my call about 9:15 and I live in Redmond, I wouldn't know anybody there either. The weird thing is I can't call them, it's just silent when I try to. but my phone still works for everything else.

No message left.  I know no one in Milton Freewater that would have my cell number
