I received a call from this number on my cell phone all it showed was the number and that the call came from Corvallis, OR @ 2:40 PM 12-3-12. Confusing since my home phone and cell are both on the NDNCL

I also received a call from this number- it was a recorded call telling me I could reduce my rate.. They also said "there is not a problem on your account"
I have no idea what loan they were supposedly reducing my rate on

This number just called, they were "Credit Card Services" wanting to lower my interest rate, when I called it back I was directed to an automated "op-out" service.

Missed a call from this number (541-257-1292) at 10:34AM on 12/3/2012. There was no voice message.
I called back to this number and heard a recorded answer: it claimed to be to (or maybe it is) the automatic answering line of FCC and suggested ways of adding numbers to the do-not-call-list.
I have a Las Vegas number.
