They called me and I could not get to the phone on time what should I do?

3/24/14   I was called being told he represented the state of Oregon taxes that I didn't pay from 2009, and he told me he was going to double the amount I owe and collect on it. I swore at him because I was told it was paid thru a settlement I received.He got my birthday for verification. I didn't think he was a real collection, and he said do you want my id number ,but we didn't get that far ,I was livid and chewed him out.

They forwarded the call to the Oregon Health Plan. Spoke to Alex 503-373-1379 he confirmed that OHP had made a call to my cell number this morning. He wasn't sure why the 541-440-3300 shows up. He's going to research and test it again tomorrow. To be continued....

Got a call from 541-440-3300. Said they were from the Oregon Health Plan. They had my income information. They knew how many children I had and other medical information. When trying to call back I got "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I called the sheriffs department and filed a report.

Called me 3 times. Call back nothing.

(541) 440-3300: You're right this is a legitimate State Agency number. I received calls from the Oregon Health Authority regarding OHP- Cover Oregon problems that the State is having trying to make this new system work, they claim that eligible recipients (thousands of them!) can access these health care benefits prior to receiving their ID cards which are supposed to be sent in the mail and received within two weeks of the approval date, they explain on their 1-800-699-9075 OHP call in line that recipients can schedule medical appointments, go to them and the physician's office can easily look up that persons ID # and locate you on the system. Well this simply is not true. I tried on 02/18/2014 and was turned away from the medical care because my information could not be found! I was told that the state is so over burdened with recipients that birthdates, names, etc. are not being properly imputed into the system accurately. I was very frustrated and I emailed a very descriptive lengthy complaint and thereafter received numerous calls from this (541) 440-3300 number. I did speak to several caller agents from the Oregon Health Authority ... several because my email went throughout their system to numerous agents. I got tired of answering this number and ignored and finally stopped calls the other day 19th & 20th. When I try to call this number back it tells you that this is not a working number. In other words, they'll call you but you can't call them! That's government for you! A one way street that they control at the cost of us good tax paying citizens... we've already paid out to receive their services... they're supposed to be working for us! They act like we are worthless bums that are trying to rip them off... excuse me, they've got wires crossed in their pea sized brains!

This number is no longer in service as of 1/10/13 I tried to call them back after a miss call and thats what I got....Do not answer this call number its a scam number....

I think it is a number used by the Oregon state offices. I recieve calls from the Oregon Youth Authority from that number.

Called my son cell number. He is special needs not sure why they called himl

They called me  twice, I missed both calls. didn't leave a voice mail, must not be important.

It is the Oregon employment dept

They called twice disconnected when i called back very irritating

Asked me for a family members number because they needed to reach them now.  Called back..line disconnected.

It's a legitimate number from an agency that is not set up to receive calls back. That's all.  

If you get a call from this number, it's important that you take it and see what they want.

I left a message for the Bureau of Labor and Industries. When they called back today it was from 541-440-3300. Strange because their office is in Portland, this is a Roseburg Oregon number.

Called my phone at 8:30 at night. tried to call back and yep, changed-disconnected-or no longer in service

They tried calling me today also. Tried to call back and says it's not in service. now I know , thanks.

This company is a fraudulent debt collecting company that is trying to get money owed to the Roseburg City Hall for a traffic violation. They call themselves the department of revenue. I called back the number and it says it was disconnected. If you get a call from this number try to get as much information out of them as you can and call the police.
