HATE THIS NUMBER KEEP ON CALLING!!!!!!

Was gone for a couple weeks over Christmas, noticed on phone display that they called every day since December 23, 2008, and at least 3 times a day.  Every day except Sundays.  I answered the phone today, there was a brief pause, and when the person asked to speak to my fiancee, I said no you can't, and told them about the calls on the phone, and not to call anymore, and hung up.  Didn't give them a chance to explain, and don't regret it either.  A bit much, every day several times a day for over 2 weeks.

I received a call from a great customer agent who was checking up on my new car purchase. The experience was very satisfactory with the caller. My dealer then followed up and thanked me for my good ratings.

got this call 4 times a day for past two weeks,nobody say anything when I pick up!!! very anoyying! STOP CALLING ME!

They have been calling several times a day for a couple of weeks now.  I tried calling back, and no one will answer.  I have blocked their number and will report it to donotcall.gov. -- how annoying!

Yes this is very annoying... 3 times a day for the last week an I guess its VW of America well that actually fits me because of my 08 jetta but it hasn't been to the shop in 5 months...

call comes in and noboday says a darn thing and this isn't the first time this number calls into our office..We are Larson Turner and Dalby AT LAW  our phone # here is 801-446-6464. Thank you Receptionist

I received the same numerous calls which I also found extremely annoying and disrespectful to me, as the client.  I called the VW Customer Care number and the they noted that they would remove my number from their list: 1 800 822 8987.

They've been calling me 3-4 (sometimes 5) times a day for about a week and a half. They never say anything and I get no answer when I try to call back.  I do own a VW.. so if it is VW I will be particularly annoyed, since I did their survey online already!

I just received a call from this number and they asked for my husband.  When I asked what it was concerning (as it was my work number), they just hung up.  I called VW to report the problem and request that I receive no more calls.

This company has called 2x today.  Did the same a few months back - all wasted phone calls, no messages.  I neither now own nor have ever owned a VW.  Damned telespammers!  I'd like their home phone number to call at all hours.

Don't worry the CRA conducting doesn't miss talking to you and it was his or her pleasure to take some rude son of a b***h like you off the call list.

I keep getting this call on my cell from this stupid F*%king dealership.  Nobody answers when I pick up, I get charged minutes and when I call back, it is a recording.  Bastards!

The call is from Volkswagen Customer Service Satisfaction Program Headquarters. They are checking to see whether your recent sale or service was satisfactory.

If you call it back, they say on an automated message that one of their reps recently tried to contact you and will try you back again soon.

Got a call from this number this morning and couldn't answer because I was in a meeting.  Thankfully I didn't miss an important call.  Damn tele-spammers.

Some sort of discount meds pharmacy...they seem to have found a way to mask their caller ID, or at least spoof a valid one.

This number called our company number twice and won't say anything.  They just sit there and hang up.  We don't have time for this as a business.

These calls are from a company called The Resource Group, a for-profit telemarketing organization headquartered in Washington D.C.  Although their area code is from Oregon, their calls originate in Montreal, Canada. They call as frequently as weekly. They claim to be making calls on behalf of Volkswagen of America, Inc.  They are cooperative in putting you on their do not call list if you request it.

They call my house daily-they won't speak, and they hang up. I do own a VW, so if they want to know about a service I recently had done at a dealership, why don't they just ask.

I'm receiving calls from them 2x a day for the last week.  It is VW and they want me to complete a 3 min survey.  I told them I'm not interested and they still call.  There is a 3-5 sec silence when you answer since it's a machine calling you.  Annoying.  I enjoyed my VW service until they started calling.

This call is from a telemarketing company employed by Volkswagen. If you do not appreciate unsolicited calls like this, please tell your local Volkswagen dealer that you welcome calls from your local dealer, but calls from telemarketers are not appreciated. Furthermore, calls from third parties refusing to identify themselves and falsely claiming to be Volkswagen of America are particularly unwelcome.
