My complaint is that they don't identify who they are when they call. Just using the name Valerie is a ploy to get people to call when they might not otherwise. But it's also my understanding that such tactics are not legal.

Good thing that I don't have long distance phone service, isn't it?? Area code 541 is out of my range!
If she can't give her company affiliation & the reason why I should go to the bother of using a friend's phone to return her call, then I ignore her...

they are required by law in each call to identify themselves as to who they are and whom they work for, and the fact that this call is an attempt to collect a debt. If not, they are in violation of FCC regulations.

This lady calls and says her name is valire and then leaves a call back number (541)-857-4166

while i was @ work, I got a voicemail from valerie....saying hey tammy call me back (all irritated) have no clue who this lady is.

came to work noticied message to call said number, did so with info to call back, did this twice and no return call from "Valerie" people need to quit wasting peoples time.

This stupid lady has been calling me for about 3 yrs. All she says is " this is valerie, can you please call me back @ ......." Well, I don't know I Valerie, so I don't call back. You would think she would change her stratigy, as it doesn't seem to work. What a dumb a**!!

it is southern oregon credit survices they are bill collecters out of medford and grants pass oregon they do medical bills and other unsceured loans. Very good nice people to talk with will would work with you to the point they can but do to fed law they cant do to much. its not there folt you have debit but they will help you find a way out.
