Summer Bay?   They have been repeatedly told to remove my name from their list....they won't.

Yet another annoying empty message phone call. Who would answer a phone call from someone that your caller ID identifies as "Name Not Found" with a number like 111-1111. These people need to be stopped.

Those call are from Summer Bay Resort. I called them at 1-800-654-6102 to ask to retrieve my name from their list. They transferred me to the right service, and I hope, my name and phone number will be retrieve whithin 1 month.

I got a call from then yesterday and it was a spanish woman I could hardly understand, I answer my phone, this is Mrs. Garcia, and she asked for Jas-il-lyn...Its Jaclyn, how can you f that up, its Jack Lynn, like the actress from Charlies Angels in the 70s, damn, so I corrected that, and then she started asking me about vacations, and siad there was a 500credit on my account and I could use to go to Vagas, she saw that I got it by going on a 4day 3 night trip in March, yea we went to Disney, have you ever been to vegas? No Do you want to go to Vegas? NO why would I want to go to Vegas, I'm already married and we dont gamble..ok bye have a nice day....
wow, I thought it was a scam to begin with 551-111-1111 just looks retarded, If my husband wasn't next to me I would've cursed her out, We had just gotten back from our morning walk...

How do you report them?  They won't stop calling me and I've asked them multiple times to stop.

I keep getting calls on my cell from this number and will not answer.

Just got our first call from them.  first time they hung up. second time, I didn't give it time to ring twice.  first thing the male person said Darlene?  (there is not darlene in this household) Immediately without him having a second wind, I said no to the Darlene? and told him to take this number out of his files and system, not to call again,  thank you and hung up.  If I get a call again from them, I will report them.

Sick of getting a call from 551-111-1111

they started calling.

Call several times per day; everyday but there is never an answer when I pick up.

I got this call a few times everyday, but when I answered the phone, it was silent on the other side and hanged up. How do we report it? Do we report it to the Police?

I just got a call from this number and it was silent after first saying hello, and then a very faint male voice said "may I speak to David?"

I said yes, this is he, what do you want...(assuming it was some sales/marketing company) and then the guy on the other end began to cuss me out, he said whats wrong with you, wake up on the wrong side of the bed or something f**ker? Or did someone f**k you in the a** last night?

I keep getting call from (551) 111-1111 and they will not answer, but call and call my cell phone.  anyone know anyhting about this?

Have been getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  No idea who they are.  Seems to be a call bank of some sort.Must be a scam.  Have entered it into my contacts, as Do Not Answer, and placed ring tone on silent.  They won't go away!

I get the call day and night. No one is ever on the phone. I finally contacted ATT to see about blocking the number and followed the directions to the tee - to no avail - ATT keeps saying it is an invalid number. There should be something that can be done. Of course the phone company doesn't care since who ever this is is paying for the service.

Have gotten two calls from these people...both at 7:30am...the last person claimed to be "Brittney" from "Specialty Travel"...she said she was calling from S. Florida, but the number on caller id said "New Jersey"...she didn't know anything about the time difference of our locations "All I know is your number pops up on my screen and I call you"...no supervisor was available to speak to at that time (surprise!)...but she did give me a "Customer Service" number 1-800-861-0854...I called and talked to a man named John, who said that they take this "very seriously"...we'll see...

I get continuous daily calls from this number but when I answer no one says anything and the call automatically hangs up.  When I call it back I get a messaee that says this is a restricted number and then it automatically hangs up.  Who or what is making this call?

Pretty sure it's Summer Bay Resorts.  I bought a Timeshare trial for $50, went, didn't buy it.  Then they call back every few weeks.  Anyhow, goto donotcall.gov and complain.  The company is http://www.summerbayresort.com/  Feel free to complain at the Federal Trade Commission's website.  It would be great to slap a large fine on Joe H Scott (the owner).

Am getting same calls,  have used it,  three times,  once in Orlando and once in Gatlinburg, once in key west  room in gatlin burg was not good, complained and got up grade to suite with fire place, of course it was so hot had to turn on AC to use fire place.    I cant say its a bad deal if you use it.    100 dollars for 3 nights in gatlin burg,  it does cost the 100 up front when they call and 15 night for tax in gatlin burg, so total is 145, still cheap,,, you have to go to time share presentation,,  i never buy one.  I expect they will do it again, expect its computer calling and all the reps are on the phone so the computer cuts off.  

Have had about 6 calls in six weeks, usually several in short period of time.

I expect I will do it again,  expect they are a telemarketing firm that works for number of resorts.   Also some other stuff with the package I have not tried.
