Called Feb 4, 2014 at 3:26 PM. As caller ID said Jersey City, NJ I did not answer. I never answer any calls that I do not know caller.

I have now gotten a half dozen robo calls from this number.  The recorded voice says they're looking for Phillip Maltees, and that's not me.
When someone is actually looking for someone, they don't use a robo call to do it.  This is some sort of scam
