Called land line phone and didn't leave a message--our number's on the do not call list.

Received a call from from this number on my land line and an identical call on my cell from 425-587-9654 the same day about lowering my interest.The guy on the cell phone call screamed at me for wasting his time and told me I should just hang up if I don't want their "services".I have been getting these types of calls a couple times a month for years,if I just hang up they keep calling,I am on the do not call registry. and pay off my credit cards each month,doesn't seem to matter to them,they don't answer incoming calls when I try to call them back to complain.

Called parent's house, said something about avoiding interest increase on a credit card, pressed 9 to get connected to rep and girl answered, when I asked what company they were through she hung up.
