Hoy en la mañana estuve viendo por la tele los comerciales de innova , en específico los lentes eagle eyes,y se me ocurrió entrar a la página desde el ipad para ver el precio ya que en la tele nunca te dan ese dato, encontré el producto que anunciaban unos stimulights y avance 2 pasos en el proceso de compra pero no concreté es decir no ingrese los datos de número de tarjeta ni teléfono ni nada, etc.. A las 11 de la mañana entraron 2 llamada del +5584210165 las cuales por descuido no conteste sin embargo se me hizo raro ya que el cél al qué me marcaron es nuevo tengo una semana con el y prácticamente sólo lo tiene mi mujer, a las 8:33 de la noche me marcan de un +254914199793 la cual tampoco conteste y de ahí media hora después una nueva llamada de un número privado la cual ya se me hizo raro y entendí que seguramente era una llamada de chantaje por lo cual la tomé preparado para colgar pensando que sería  algún tipo de extorsión, sin embargo del otro lado se identificó una persona del grupo innova preguntándome si había tenido algún problema en completar la compra de los lentes stimulights. Le conteste que era número equivocado, que yo no había hecho ningún pedido a lo cual sólo se disculpó y colgó. El punto es como consiguieron mi número si es nuevo y yo no lo ingrese en ningún momento? Este número si lo di de alta en la página de ibazar y segunda mano ya que puse en venta un artículo, habrá alguna conexión o relación ? La otra forma que se me ocurre es que el número es de un Samsung que registré en google play por el proceso normal de uso de android podría ser por ahí que obtienen el dato? Definitivamente hay alguna relación entre la página innova y google o las páginas antes mencionadas.

They call and do not talk. They hang up and call right back. Still do not talk. Maybe if you call the number it is $1000/min or some trick like that. I worry, but do not know.

I get constant calls from 554-425-0600.  They are calling multiple times a day.  They say they sell things with advertisements on TV.  I tell them I do not want to buy anything.  They keep calling anyway.

The company is Innovashop.tv.  They prey on the older population with promises of "improved" health and miracle solutions.  The infomercial is full of testimonials of "older" people saying how their arthritis has improved 100%-their medical conditions have improved so much that they have stopped other medications.  What the infomercial doesn't say is the price.  

They REFUSED to give a price over the phone WITHOUT getting your zip and other mailing address information.  BEWARE.  They are located (at least in California) in City of Industry.  The lab is supposedly near San Francisco.

Website above.  Can be seen in English as well.  Pricey products preying on the older generation.  Salesman on the phone stated that without the home information-he could not give a price as the tax varies from state to state.  Shysters.  BEWARE.  Mom did not buy as he was also rude.

I keep on getting calls from this number at all times of the day...when I call back, I get a recording. It sounds like a scam to me.

A mi tambien me llamaron y no entiendo como consiguieron el nombre de mi hijo y a mi hermana la estafaron le ofrecieron perfumes de marca y le enviaron pura porqueria .

This is a boiler room located possibly in Mansfield, Missouri.  They are not a legal company.  A legal company has their name listed when calling your number.  They have "NAME UNAVAILABLE".  Doesn't this give you a clue.  Be carfeful when getting these numbers.  You can post anything on television and you can get an 800 number by paying.  The government does not check ads on TV.  Please don't believe everything you see or hear.

they keep calling me from this number 554-425-0600 and i dont know who it is they wont leave a voicemail or anything its 955pm and they are calling me.

We continue to receive unsolicited calls from this number.  They say they are from Inova and we asked them to take us off their list and stop calling.  They continue to call.

We would like help in ending these calls.

Hola, yo creo que tienes razón. A mi me han estado hablando de este número 5544250600 y regresé la llamada y nadie conesta. También compré en INNOVA hace varios meses y he recibido 4 llamadas haciéndome la misma pregunta por el mismo producto  y yo les he contestado que no lo he usado todavía. Es más les dije que pudieran una anotación de que no me llamaran mas, ero ahora llaman y no contesta nadie.

a mi me han estao llamado desde hace una semana y no contesta. si es de inovva que ganan con andar fastidiando todo el dia con 15 llamads son odiosos

Hola, a mi también me estuvo jodiendo un tipo de ese número, porque llame a INOVA y uso mi registro de llamada para molestarme diario y con más de 40 llamadas en un día. Incluso cuando le indiqué que no hiciera mas, pues mas lo hizo por j****. Pero al final lo encontré y lo corrieron, les paso el tip para que hagan lo mismo:

PRIMERO LLAME A PROFECO PARA REGISTRAR MI TELEFONO, por desgracia tardan 30 dias en activar tu número para sansionar a las empresas.
LUEGO LLAMÉ AL MINISTERIO PUBLICO, levante mi queja virtual
INVESTIGO EL NUMERO DE INOVA EN www.inova.com.mx y llamo al número que ahi aparece y contacto con una persona que amablemente me atendió y a quien felicito por todas las atenciones brindadas.
Le paso el número desde el cual me marcan y el que yo marque inicialmente, enlazamos con el callcenter y contacte con el supervisor, después de ello me atendio alguien calificado de INOVA.

LO IMPORTANTE DE TODO ESTO ES QUE NO DEBEMOS QUEDARNOS CALLADOS Y DEBEMOS DAR SEGUIMIENTO Y EXTERNAR NUESTRA MOLESTIA, ES POR ELLO QUE HE ENVIADO EL LINK DE ESTA PÀGINA PARA QUE PUEDAN VER TODAS LAS QUEJAS QUE ESTE CALLCENTER A GENERADO. OJALA LES QUITEN LA CONSECIÒN O LES TERMINEN SU CONTRATO.
