If your phone number is on a 'Do Not Call' list then it is published and distributed to callers. I think I'm going to lapse on the DNC. The scammers couldn't care less if we're on a list.

Received a call on my unpublished phone number, which is on do not call list. Same from a similar number 557-319-5060.
