Called 19:08, didn't leave message

A call on Friday and another on Monday -- left no message. I am glad I have call blocking software on my Nokia E90. It blocks all not on my contact list.

Called 0834. Didn't leave a msg. Did not call back either.

I don't have a AT and T.  is it possible that someone used my account?

Called Monday, December 1 at 8:19 pm PST,  I am not a WaMu customer but do have an AT&T DSL land line but have not discontinued it.

Called Tuesday, November 25th at 3:48 pm Hawaii Time

called many times day and night no one on line when you answer

I believe that AT& T does this to the people that don't renew their contracts with a new plan. These rotten calls will stop when I switch to T-Mobile.

Do you have AT & T? I think it is AT & T because it is a way they bug you when you don't renew your lease. It's just a matter of programming their computer. Go to T-mobile and it will stop right now.

KEEP CALLING EVERY DAY, NEVER LEAVE MESSAGES

I had a missed call from this company also. I did some research and found out that the company is Synovate and it's funny because my aunt used to be a supervisor there. She told me that they do customer satisfaction surveys for a lot of bit companies for dealerships, banks, healthcare, etc. Some companies are Audi, Hyundai, Bluecross, Lotto, and WaMu is one also. The people there have so many rules to go by and for a lot of the surveys they are not allowed to leave messages. Basically they just have to go by thier screens. And the calls are automatically dialed through the computer. Also, a lot of times you get hang up's because they have so many numbers and not enough "Dialers". Any way, if you get someone on the line tell them to add you to their do not call list cause the National Do Not Call List doesn't apply to companies like them. Hope this helps.

got several calls from them, the last one 2 minutes ago. No VM.

Ho do you know it's WaMu who sells the phone numbers? I'm a client of WaMu, but they are not the only bank i have accounts with.

WAMU has sold out its customers by giving these people our contact information.  They are some sort of annoying marketing company who will not leave you alone.  I filed a complaint with WAMU after my 6th call.  I think it's a violation of banker/client confidentiality.  I suggest all WAMU customers who get a call from this number instantly file a complaint with WAMU.

Called 11:30AM on January 30th.  No message

I answered today and got a very scripted "May I speak to..."  I asked what the call was in reference to and the caller said basically that they (Cynovate) was surveying Washington Mutual customers.  I asked why they do not leave VM messages and when I call their number back I get a recording stating the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  He said that would not be the case since a computer answers the phone there.  I said I was not confortable talking to anyone representing a company that does not leave VM messages or has a number that I cannot reach anyone at.  The caller said, "oh brother" and hung up.  Not very professional.

I was on the other line when this call came through; went to VM, left a blank message.  When I tried calling back I got the recorded messgae: "We're sorry but you've reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service..."

called 2 or 3 times, usually evenings, no message left

called at 10:06 today.  Didnt leave a message.

They called at 3:15pm but didn't leave a vm.

called 7:40 PM... didnt answer....didnt leave a message..

called at 8:45 3/28/07 am no message.

called at 1:00 pm 3/27/07-  didn't leave a message

Friday, Sat, and Sun, March 9-11.  Did not answer, no message left.
