When they called I picked up and hit the #2 and instantly got connected to a live person. He said he is from Merchants Services and that they are having offering a special for merchants in my area. It's basically a credit card service but a complete scam. They have been doing this crap for several years and I just can't figure why the government hasn't shut them down yet.

They called our business 14 times in less than 10 minutes this morning.  I called back and actually got a live person.  I asked him to remove us from their records cause they are calling a business and 14 times in 10 minutes is ridiculous.  He proceeded to tell me he's never called us and that what I was saying was impossible.  I told him I have the caller i.d. records to prove it if he would like me to send him a copy.  Supposedly he removed us then but we'll see.  In the meantime I think I'm gonna file a complaint against them

Just received a call, dead air upon answering and then they hung up.

There's a toll-free number to call on the site.  I spoke to a woman there who told me she was in Long Island City, NY and the company is owned by a few men - she started to give me names and then backed off but I imagine it can be found in NY records.  

If anyone decided to organize a class action lawsuit against them - I'm in.  Let me know on this site.

So I call back thinking I missed a customer call and I get this....

Telemarketer: Hello?
Me: Hello I missed your call
Telemarketer: Hello? Hi I can't hear you, speak up.
Me: Sorry I think I got the wrong number
Telemarketer: No, you got the right number you called us back as a missed call on your phone, right?
Me: Yeah....
Telemarketer: Honesty is the best policy, you have a good day.
Me: ??????? Wow.

I got a message on this # 559-272-4912 from fresno  that saying they are investigator  about personal matter and threatening me if i dont return the call with in 24 hrs ! Scare me in Hell !

This was the final straw..  We'll just let the answering machine pick up all calls from now on.  WHAT A STINKY CROC.

I work for a division of the company your talking about but not for car warranties.  Unfortunately, I can honestly say that it's a legit business and warranty, plus that the credit card information given over the phone is well protected.  It doesn't even get written down anywhere, it goes directly into a computer by a manager and sent for the payment.

However, the company treats us employees like crap and screw us over every chance they get.  We know we are annoying with the calls, however we are just ordinary people trying to earn a living to support our families, so please don't take it out on us when you get a call.  They push us to do it or we lose our jobs.  Everyone in NAD gets yelled at constantly if the sales are down by an a***ole manager and it is sickening!!!!

All you have to do is say put me on your do not call list and no one can call you again.

One more thing. CFCC hasn't filed a tax return since 2002. Maybe I should let the authorities know about this....... hummmmmmmmm

Called the number back and got a recording saying to enter the extension of the person you want to reach or hold for the next operator. Said my wait would be less than 2 minutes....

Waited 2 minutes and a recording came back on and said "All operators are still busy, leave your name and number and we will return your call"

Im not THAT stupid.... Told them to go Fuc( themselves!!! They dont care but it made me feel better.

These calls come in daily. Let them go to voice mail just to track the number. They are wasting my time when we are tying to work. To the guy that blocked the number; please tell me how to do it. I'm receiving so many of these calls every day that I can't get any work done!

This person has called regularly and does not speak or leave a message.

We have 4 lines transferred to our 2line office phone. I get calls from telemarketers constantly. Most times I just hang up on them, no big deal. But these B-holes called both lines at once, 4 times within a 90 second period. I have customers that use these phones too ya Jerks!!!!! Let us be, we have real people that need our service.

This telemarketing scum called here today.  We have a new policy (ok, it took us time to wake up) where any call that comes in with one ring becomes an automatic blocked number.  They call back and get a Disconnected Number message.  This works for that one number, but unfortunately, they are maggots, who breed and multiply overnight in trash cans and back alleys.  To counter this, I have set our incoming lines to block all incoming calls that only result in one ring.  The number of maggots we catch with this policy has been utterly amazing.

But here's a story I think all of you will enjoy.  Recently, a one-caller called in, and I didn't get around to setting it for blockage until about an hour later.  When they called back and offered Credit Card Processing services, I immediately told them I was interested because our company processes about $10M a month and we're unhappy with our processor.  The excitement in the maggot's voice was sheer beauty, as he believed he had struck upon the big fish.

Then when we got to the part about asking who our company is (and our address) I asked him if he didn't know who we were, then how did he get our number.  Then I asked him to hold, shuffled some papers on my desk and told him he called earlier with only one ring.  He said they do that to confirm that the number is good.  I said well yes, but assuming all of that is true, we can't do business with you.
