Just for that...I will never buy their product!. I never participated in any surveys nor have I attended any shows. I never answer any call whose number is not familiar to me, especially when they just call and hung up!

I was at Home depot a few days ago and a young man stopped me and asked some general questions.  His questions quickly turned to; do you use bottle water, are you happy with the quality of your water, etc.  I bet the calls I have been receiving stem from this survey.

Called my cell number, said something about my having bought an appliance from Home Depot in June or July, and they were calling to offer a free water quality test.  I had several machines running at the time,so I don't know if I heard correctly that they were the Home Depot.  I use a realtor in the 559 area code, which is why I even answered the call.  I'm in San Jose, 408 area code.  I declined the offer, and they politely said thank you, and hung up.

They called again. I had inputted this number into my Digitone call-blocker, which worked like a dream. The dimwits will NEVER reach me by phone. Yeh!!!

I just called the phone number to have my name taken off and they hung up on me. They said in the original call that I did a survey at home depot, I did but I was lead to believe it was a store performance survey. I should have known better!

I recently bought a washing machine from Home Depot. HD's harassing telemarketing calls is the thanks I get. I've removed my phone number from the Address Book under account settings on my HD account on the Internet. If HD wishes to abuse me (unsolicited phone calls), I will withdraw the ammo (my phone number on my account). I already have this phone number blocked. They'll never reach me.

The next time I am in the market for a large appliance, I'll buy from Sears even if they are more expensive. Skrew Home Depot.

I, too did a water survey w/a kid at Home Depot.  I felt sorry for him standing in an aisle with his clipboard.  Then he asked for my phone number....I asked him why?????  He said he just had to show he wasn't making up the surveyed people.  Little did I know...he lied to me because Home "Services" just called me...wanted to demo a water system + the $20 Home Depot gift card....I never want a water softener (expensive + I own a condo..no room to install) and now I certainly don't want the lousy gift card!

I gave my number by mistake at home depot a couple weeks ago to answer some questions about my water usage, now these people are calling me non-stop....

I have been getting these daily after my friend gave up my name for a discount on her water filter. I finally looked it up and this is the same company I asked not to call me a few months ago. The calls started again recently with a new number and it reads Home Services when they call. I was not surprised but annoyed that it was the same company. I am on the do not call list.

The only reason why you would get called is if, you provided your number on a raffle, you have a recycled number from you mobile carrier that was provided to that company.  Or someone that knows your number put it in there to mess with you.  Pretty simple, if you don't want them to keep calling you.  Answer the calls and ask them to stop calling.

I have been getting calls from this number for months.  Sometimes it rings once and hangs up.  Sometimes they dont call me for a week, then bombard me the next week.  I answered once, but it was disconnected.  I assume it was from that drawing or survey thing I did at Home Depot months ago.  You would think they would get the clue when you never answer...

I get a call from this number several times a day and right when I answer it hangs up. SO ANNOYING!!!!

These people DO NOT STOP!   It costs me minutes on my cell phone from someone who gave them a fake number ( I don't sign up for drawings!!!!!).  I am ready to take their phone number and use it to sign up for unwanted items.

I wouldn't put my phone number out there for people to spread it around now, especially if they don't like your tone, people can be cruel.

Okay, that explains the folks prowling home Depot taking "surveys."

I ask to be removed from their list. The woman on the phone (who had my name completely wrong, so I knew it wasn't anyone I do business with) very snottily told me that they're NOT telemarketers, but OKAY, *sigh* they'd take me off... (SERIOUSLY?)

Next time someone at HOME DEPOT wants a moment of my time, the answer is not only NO but HELL NO!

We have received about 10 calls from 559-275-0328 during the past two weeks. We are on the No Call list. While I appreciate Mark Dorman's willingness to remove our number from the list that shouldn't be necessary as long as we are on the No Call list.

Caller ID shows unknown, no message left and no one responds when I answer.  I get at least four calls daily from this number.

I keep getting a call from this number and when i answer no one is on the line, I get a call at least once a day if not more. I'm annoyed that no one answers and that they keep calling.

Received calls for the past week. Didn't recognize the area code so skipped answering. Today there's been 3 calls. Googled and this came up. Called the 800 number listed on above post.800-964-9283. Receptionist wanted to know what department to transfer me to. I just told her to delete my number from all lists. After repeating this she put me on hold. When she came back, she said she guessed whch dept it was and my number has been deleted.

I suggest ansering the call, get a person on the line and then scream or blow an air horn. Didn't think of this first - would have been more satisfying.

Do not let them in your home.  They will spend two to three hours there and then try to make you feel bad because you cannot make a decision to spend $10,000 on their whole house water system right on the spot.  It's a sales person, they are going to push hard to get that sale.  I know because we fell for it.  Biggest waste of our time ever!
