I just called PG&E about these people and don't think your information is correct. PG&E told me that they contract only with a company called Energy Partners and that other companies will telemarket posing as PG&E partners, but EP is the only one they contract with. Highlands Energy competes with PG&E; they are not partners. Not that that's a bad thing, but they are mispresenting themselves in more than one way (caller ID this time showed CENTURY BUILDERS).

both of you are right the company's name is Highlands energy services they are a licensed contractor through PG&E and Southern California gas company there one company not different companies but they are licensed through different companies does that make sense they call and leave no messages sometimes because they are trying to up their call volume they're a good company check them out on the Internet

You put pe&e you probably meant PG & E the company who called you is highlands energy services they are a licensed contractor through PG&E and I know you probably didn't actually mean they were trying to sell you something because the program which is the energy savings assistance program is free I work for them.

this is a call from an energy program and each time it's a different company, sometimes they say they are PG&E and others not, so who knows the truth? just very annoying. I do not answer their calls any longer nor bothered to give them any info to begin with.
